Fantastic location. Check in and out was hassle free. The room was very clean and comfortable. Close to bars, old town sites, restaurants and shopping.

Cuando queríamos entrar en nuestra habitación, la 21, ya estaba ocupada. Los que estaban dentro decían que el hotel les había enviado dos correos, uno indicándoles la habitación 21y otro indicándoles la 31. Como estaban abiertas, se han quedado con la que mas les ha gustado, la nuestra. Tuvimos que coger la 31. La habitación era cuca pero al estar debajo del tejado el que dormía en el lado del techo bajo no podía salir de la cama sin darse con el techo. La limpieza estaba bien. Había una cafetera Nespresso con dos cápsulas de café y un agua en la habitación. No tienen parking.

Abbiamo pagato un parte del alloggio con nostri boni del programma fedeltà. Abbiamo ricevuto la ultima stanza più economica del operatore lontano nel ultimo piano sena finestre, con spazio per topi, sul lato della caldaia del hostal che si sentiva tutta la notte, com'è anche le voci dei vicini....che cosa dire??

Loved this quaint hostel. Great location. Lovely little park right outside the door. Had a bit of trouble with getting in but that was due to some missed communication. Thre is no one onsite.

Personne pour nous accueillir ni vu personne pour notre départ, chambre très petite et mal isolée, les radiateurs ne fonctionnaient pas (neige tout le week-end) et pas le matériel nécessaire cité dans l’annonce (sèche cheveux, cafetière…). Déception supplémentaire de ne pas pu avoir profité de la cheminée vu que personne n’était sur place le temps du séjour. Très déçus au prix de la nuit.

The location is perfect. It’s a no-frills place but it had what I needed for my one night stay. If I come back to Andorra, I would stay again.

Variety of cafes, pubs and stores within easy walking distance. Historical construction and craftsmanship of the building and interior. Safe quiet area. - No staff available for assistance. Bathroom was lacking in amenities and the towels were rough and worn. The TV often had reception problems.

Good location, cosy and warm. Terrible wifi and bed too small.

Bien ubicado, limpio y con arquitectura/diseño muy bonito. Cerca de la estación de autobuses, centro histórico y zona comercial. Un poco incómodo la altura de la habitación y baño, no apto para personas altas. No tiene recepción, nadie te puede ayudar al momento y no contestan correos.

There was no one on the reception when I came at 6pm. The door was locked. The was no parking although they had it in the description of the premises. Not only I was unable to park my car there, but I could not even drive up to this place as there was a road sign forbidding the entrance to the street where the hostal was located. I ended up staying in a different place and want my money back.

The stay was OK. I got there and I had no information on how to enter the building.

Très difficile d'accès. Il faudrait préciser de se garer au parking payant de la ville puis d'aller à pied jusqu'à l'hôtel qui n'a pas de réception mais répond au téléphone. Le mail envoyé à ce sujet n'avait pas été vu ou reçu à temps. Mais la police a été très serviable et a même tenu a nous accompagner a pied.

Toen we aankwamen was het even zoeken waar we de auto moesten parkeren, je kan niet met de auto bij de hostel komen en moet de auto parkeren in een parkeergarage in de buurt! Verder prachtige plek in het historisch centrum van Andorra, schoon, alles wat je nodig hebt is er, mooi uitzicht! Leuke authentieke details!

Very small room but clean. No air conditioning but did have a fan. No hair dryer as stated in specs. The location is the seller for this hotel as is in ideal spot, in the historic part of Andorra.

La cama era muy cómoda y la estancia dentro de la normalidad, no puedo darle más puntuación porque teníamos una televisión fantasma en la cual se cambiaba solo el canal, se activaba el menú, se bajaba el volumen, al final cuando querías ver algo era literalmente impossible porque estabas en guerra con el mando, escribimos un mensaje a la persona que tuvimos el contacto y aún hoy esperamos una simple respuesta de al menos lo revisaremos,.eso indica despreocupación por la situación, cierto es que no fuimos Andorra a ver la televisión pero si llueve como el Martes o incluso después de cenar antes de dormir quieres ver la televisión con normalidad.
