Acacia Ridge Hotel

Stayed in room 1. Outside the door was a filthy round table (no chairs). On entering the carpet had multiple stains. Info pack said to not move any furniture. Only one bedside table, between the beds with 2 powerpoints. Other side of the bed were 4 outlets, but nowhere to put anything on, other than the bed. The cord on the kettle did not reach, the dodgiest power pack I have ever seen. I had to move a chair beside the bed to make a bedside table. I had to move the kettle onto the table and then move the table till it was close enough to plug in (to the dodgy power pack). The shower didn't drip, it had a constant stream of water. I had to move the single bed to access the end of the cupboard. There was a large patch of carpet missing. The cupboard door was so warped that it couldn't be opened properly. This meant the only place I could put our suitcases was on the double bed. Which I mistakenly sat on the end of, to discover that it was broken in the middle. Also because of the broken bed while sleeping my legs kept sliding into the middle, and so did the suitcase, so I kept waking up and moving said suitcase. Well and truly overdue for a refurbishment. The happy customer in the website photos, is a staff member. 😅 I can't be sure but I think they turn the hot water off 30 minutes before checkout, so you don't linger. The fridge was cold, and the sheets and towels were clean. It was quieter than expected.

Had one look at the room, and gave the key back to reception, the mattress was sagging...the bathroom had laminex flapping in the breeze....we did not stay there ..drove to toowoomba and stayed with family...as this was prepaid..I would like a refund!!!

It was allgood staying for night . Clean,great staff, good parking,clean kitchen..thanks ..I would of liked getting my room bond back next day still waiting for that

There was a hole in the wardrobe door and the showerhead needs replacing

I would never stay here again as I felt very unsafe for myself and my property (car). My room was at the rear of the hotel in a back lane way and very dodgy. Being woken up all through the night to check my vehicle was still intact and there. 2 hours sleep. Not at all adequate especially for the price.

The dirtiest place ever for the money. Only one blanket in the room for a queen and a single bed. When I asked for one more, initially the staff was reluctant to help, until I said I would have to cancel the stay and leave. The carpet was as dirty as one can imagine, the bed was like sleeping on the springs.

Nice clean room.

Clean room with lots of space. Fresh towels daily. Parking is in carpark near the room. Gets noisy late at night / early morning. We also had our number plate stolen.

Old quirky but overall great

The images presented in the listing are entirely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. In reality, the accommodation is significantly different from what was advertised. Additionally, the payment was processed in USD without clear disclosure at the time of booking, which was unexpected and resulted in additional charges. The property itself is difficult to access, with unclear entry instructions, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Furthermore, the air conditioning is not functioning properly, which made the stay uncomfortable.

Overall the room and bathroom were well maintained. Comfortable bed. Only problem:- The front door key was a little troublesome into keyhole in the dark.

Room was clean, neat and tidy. Plentiful parking.

Perfict room frendly staff ony cold shower but the room was verry good exerlent thanks defantly be staying there again

i didnt know anything about a deposit required so i didnt stay also you need to wait at a bar to check in
