Acacia Ridge Hotel

The dirtiest place ever for the money. Only one blanket in the room for a queen and a single bed. When I asked for one more, initially the staff was reluctant to help, until I said I would have to cancel the stay and leave. The carpet was as dirty as one can imagine, the bed was like sleeping on the springs.

Nice clean room.

Clean room with lots of space. Fresh towels daily. Parking is in carpark near the room. Gets noisy late at night / early morning. We also had our number plate stolen.

Old quirky but overall great

The images presented in the listing are entirely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. In reality, the accommodation is significantly different from what was advertised. Additionally, the payment was processed in USD without clear disclosure at the time of booking, which was unexpected and resulted in additional charges. The property itself is difficult to access, with unclear entry instructions, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Furthermore, the air conditioning is not functioning properly, which made the stay uncomfortable.

Overall the room and bathroom were well maintained. Comfortable bed. Only problem:- The front door key was a little troublesome into keyhole in the dark.

Room was clean, neat and tidy. Plentiful parking.

Rotten skirting boards, dripping taps ,stains on carpet, aircon didnt work

Staffing wasn’t helping and the photos on the site are deceiving looks nothing alike

Perfict room frendly staff ony cold shower but the room was verry good exerlent thanks defantly be staying there again

i didnt know anything about a deposit required so i didnt stay also you need to wait at a bar to check in

Room was clean. Staff were nice but someone opened my door with a key. He was staying in a room 2 doors down. A little un-nerving.

No one at the reception and telephone was not answered ..always goes to message ...toilet floor was dirty and no place to put a soap in the bathroom and the bathroom room handle was lose ...horrible smell from the bedsheets..

Room

The room was out dated , needs an up grade . The staff were friendly . Good food in the restaurant.

The rooms are pretty nasty. Stale and near a pub.

Original room had a heavily leaking shower head, unclean floors, and aged and decaying structure. Was changed room which was better but still aged and could be cleaned better. Staff were accommodating but the structure let it down
