Acacia Ridge Hotel

Very bad after canceling on arrival due to the room being completely unfit to stay in have had Expedia who I booked thru try calling the manager and they won’t answer there phone after saying they would get the accomodation manager to call me I have had no refund and highly recommend not staying at this hotel due to this.expedia has tried calling for three days no answer it’s like the hotel isn’t open?

Average for couple of nights

No wifi available, DOH!!!!

Rooms were dirty, shower was mouldy, no blinds or curtains on windows, smoke coming through the ac which wasn’t working well. Bed were completely uncomfortable wiring/springs coming up through mattress and stained floors - overall discomfort. This place is not advertised correctly.

I was extremely disappointed as the photos shown on what if were not photos of the actual room. It was dingy smelly dirty no amenities absolutely atrocious.

Always clean and tidy. One complaint about the room. No power points next to bed. Not a major issue, but I prefer there to be.

Expensive

Having to use exit stairs at back after 5pm and at checkout at 10am. Access from carpark to hotel reception. Too many stairs to manouvre which were breaking away at edges. Tiny room. No windows. Like a box. Poorly serviced room.

Good for the price. Nothing horrible worth the price.

Room was OK, clean and tidy. Small TV and no microwave, but cooking was not allowed in the room. Pub noise was loud early evening, but died down as workers went home. It did the job.

I booked for 3 nights , but left after the first night . This place is not fit for habitation and needs to be condemned .

Unfortunately; I got a room that was damp and you can smell it, entry way inside was wet. Shower still had a water puddle and could feel slippery due drainage being away from shower head.

Stayed At acacia ridge hotel for one night got greeted by a super friendly staff member and that would have to be one of the only good things about the place as for the hotel there were cracked tiles there was a horrid smell there were 2 holes in the bathroom one covered up with heaps of silicon I could put my phone to the window and see into the whole room with there being no curtain ir anything fir privacy and as for the bathroom window There was an opening for air flow even with the window shut you can stick your phone up the angled flashing and see right into the bathroom And the beds were super uncomfortable and the pillows were that crap I had to have 3 pillows just to have some cushioning 

We expected some level of noise, music and people given the property is part of a pub. However the level of noise was extremely excessive. It was so loud, we could feel the beat of the music through the headboard of our bed. It did not stop until around 3am. At 11:30pm I went and spoke with the bar staff who were extremely apologetic and I could tell this was not the first time they had encountered this problem. They gave me a list of other places I could call to see if they had room available for us, but in the middle of the night on a Saturday, no one else had availability or open reception. The 'security' they had on the door failed to do much of anything regarding the people spilling out into the carpark who were yelling and carrying on right outside our door, scaring my 4 children. The room was as expected given the low price we paid but we knew we would only be there to shower, sleep and eat breakfast so weren't looking for luxury. The floor was stained and had an odd smell, there were two dead cockroaches in our room, and the windows either side of the door have no coverings so every time someone drove into the carpark, our room was completely illuminated by their headlights. Other than that, the facilities were as expected. A table, bar fridge and jug that both worked and were clean and usable. Bathroom was basic with towels, soap etc provided. Wouldn't stay again but probably should have expected this given the price and should have read reviews.
