The hotel's location is very strategic, right in front of the tram line, just a 3-minute walk from the tram stop, and only a 7-minute walk to the beach. The view from the room with a balcony is excellent. The hotel staff is also friendly and cooperative. They allowed us to continue using the hotel facilities even after checking out (including swimming and showering) because our flight was in the late afternoon. It was truly a pleasant experience to stay at this hotel.

The best hotel and resort in the Gold Coast area! Especially the pool. The kids are happy, and also us as parents. We could do snorkeling inside the pool and see a lot of sea creatures.
