The staff was EXTREMELY kind and helpful. Had a lovely stay for a week in this hotel, they clean our room everyday and change our towels even when we didn't ask to.
The hotel is located right in CBD, it's walkable to the station, walkable to the Victoria Library and RMIT. Everything is just perfect.
Would recommend and definitely stay here again!

The apartment is lovely. The location is in the heart of the city, near the tram, Victoria Market, so we can easily go everywhere. The lobby is simple, not too big, but I love it. Beside the lobby, there is a small cafe, so we can wait there if our room is not ready yet. The room was very clean. If you ask for the view for the room, you will get a very nice view. I have stayed three times, with different rooms, with a kitchen and 2 bedrooms, and a studio with a kitchen. Every room we loved it. And the prices are very affordable for a hotel apartment in this area with a kitchen. The last thing, the staff were so nice. They will help us if we need different rooms. Very recommended for a stay in the city of Melbourne.
