Check-in took a long time because the staff member seemed very busy and was working alone. There is construction happening right in front of the hotel, which made it quite noisy. Even at night, while I was staying on level 2, there were loud banging noises that made it difficult to sleep.

Super central for our shopping trip, staff very friendly amd helpful, great price for a 2 bedrooms unit.

Great central place for a stay. Very affordable and convenient. The rooms were LOVELY.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We chose one of the Studio King apartments and it was well appointed and had views to both the south and the east and it was on an upper level floor.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly helpful and super nice. The coffee shop downstairs at the lobby was fantastic and made great breakfast. It’s a smaller hotel. the rooms were cleaned daily. Fantastic location! Would highly recommend.

The property is out dated, the furniture in the room was old and broken, the floor in our room looked dirty and was lifting around the lounge room area, the glass on the windows and doors hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. The second bathroom leaked water into the kitchen area. Outside the hotel is sectioned off due to building work and is difficult to access, litter all around the hotel gives a bad look to the property. Car parking is a joke where you have to park your car in a associated car park which is two blocks away so you have to drive up to the hotel which is blocked off at the end of the road drop your luggage off and then drive to the car park and walk back. The car park is the worst design and you will find out once you attempt to park your car.The price does not reflect what the room is worth. There are much hotels to choose than the Brady. We stayed here because of a function 100metres away but would not recommend it. Definitely would not book the Brady hotel again.2 star at the most.

The room was very clean and tidy. The staff were extremely helpful.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff keen to make our stay in the Melbourne CBD comfortable. Building works in the local area (beyond hotels control) was the only downside, would recommend guests arrive during the day to orientate themselves. Will stay here again, fabulous location for city based activities and fabulous eating options nearby.

Excellent position for shopping and eateries. Positioned between both main roads - Elizabeth and Swanston Streets and close to the tram stops. Amy at reception was extremely helpful and welcoming :)

Our room was small but super clean and comfortable. All staff were particularly friendly and helpful. Breakfast and the service in Charlie’s Cafe was the best!

Big fluffy bath towels were great. However the walls and curtains were a bit worn and stained. Wonderful staff.

Just a short stay, no dramas, everything was spot on. Staff very helpful and friendly. Have already booked another stay there.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was lovely,bathroom sink very small .The Hotel is close to transport ,but because of constyits hard to navigate too ..

Reception staff very pleasant, room clean and very well appointed, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and kitchen, location ideal for all city interests…….just at the time of our visit construction of metro outside somewhat disruptive …..hopefully short lived!

Great base to explore Melbourne CBD. Not a top end luxury hotel , but vey comfortable clean, nice beds, friendly staff and very good value for money
