Very accommodating staff. At this stage I've had to stay 2 more nights than anticipated due to flooding in the area. Room is clean Bathroom is good. Food is absolutely delicious. Well done to all involved

Loved the country town atmosphere. Friendly people. Didnt like the broken tap above the shower bath so couldnt have a shower. Great experience.

Overnight Saturday stay.
Pub hotel accommodation is what it is.
Bed linen fresh and clean.
Rooms not air conditioned (missed that on the info). Bathroom facilities good.
Staff very friendly and Saturday pub meal was adequate.
If staying Saturday night be aware live band until 11:30pm.
All in all a good stay and lovely location (Stroud) to wake up in.

The Central Stroud pub, is basically an old country pub. The double bed room had a bed and old wardrobe and that was it. no chair with the shower and toilet metres away. Only good for a sleep. Staff and locals nice. For a room like this I thought it was a little pricey $89 Aud. Pub food excellent. Downstairs and pub good.

I stayed every 2nd Saturday from September to December. Live music on Saturdays-good variety of music. Friendly people and great staff. Comfy beds. Very tasty food.

Excellent food and spacious outdoor areas for dining and drinking. Useful carpark.
Typical country pub with small rooms - however the room was hot (being in the western side of the building) , and the facilities were a fair way away . The hotel was overpriced, being almost $100 per night, above the usual price for country pub rooms
