I had a wonderful stay ! Clean , spacious, comfortable 1 bedroom unit with everything I needed for my stay ! Excellent communication from the staff , would let me to check in for free earlier and allocated an easy access to the car park ! Got my bond refunded the next day ! Disappointing - room service (cleaning) was only on the first day. No vacuum in the room and I had to go to reception to get new towels. Extract fan wasn’t working in bathroom which they knew about it when I asked them too. Otherwise it was good.

Location is close to CBD, like most accommodation places maintainence needs doing, our room was good but had a broken draw, spacious unit, bed was comfy, shower leaks out onto the floor whilst showering, heater didn't work in the bedroom

Close to train station for travel into the city or airport. View from room over local area with local shopping nearby. Visited roof seating area & ground floor swimming pool but did not use. Bathroom towels were changed regularly, not always necessary & meant having excess. Property could do with a thorough clean as there was dust on surfaces & I cleaned inside the fridge freezer. Not sure who decided to place the tumbler dryer so the machine door can’t be open unless the room door is open. Also during stay there was electrical lighting upgrading on floor going on during day with lots of noise. The in room WiFi stopped working last few days of stay. Neither of these did I get notification. Only found guest information pack - which was missing some pages - as I looked through draws. So I left it in a more prominent place on vacating.

It was ok. Check in was fairly standard, then they asked for a $100 security deposit which the guy said was refundable. Still haven’t received it, and my stay was on last Saturday. First thing we noticed upon walking into the room was the pungent smell of some type of curry. Upon further investigation I found it was coming from the range hood. Left the sliding door open to try and help the stench get out, but to no avail. Cleanliness was average overall. Bed was rock hard. Where’s my deposit? Not up to Code at all. Never again.

The first room they put me in didn’t have wifi. So they moved me to another room. The second room they moved me to, the dryer wasn’t working. The blinds, oven lights & closet were broken. The wall was also dirty. I was too tired from my flight to even argue about what was going on with the rooms they kept putting me in. The staff were nice, especially the housekeepers. The housekeepers were very helpful whenever I ask them or need something.

The location of property was excellent to train and walking - perfect for family travels. The hotel is operated as a hotel / short stay / permanent users hotel, and can be very noisy or smell of cooking. The ability to fix significant mechanical issues (eg: dryers and washing machines) is very poor and did take more than four days before any attempt to fix (which it was not before departure) or up-grade. Still great to have a balcony and cooking facilities and super large fridge and pantry - odd placement of plugs limits ability for safe usage of electric items in kitchen.

From the moment we entered the apartment, we were met with an overwhelming and unpleasant odour that did not improve even after opening windows and doors. The overall condition of the room was very poor. The furniture was worn, tired-looking, and made of melamine with large sections of laminate peeling off. A vent, which had been loosely covering a hole in the wall, fell off as soon as we closed the door—despite no one being near it. The walls were dirty, adding to the general sense of neglect. Although reception offered us an alternative room, we declined for several reasons. Prior to our arrival, I had made multiple attempts to contact the property with a simple inquiry. When I left a message no one returned my call. When we were checking-in, the receptionist was eating at the front desk which gave the impression that guest concerns were not a priority. Given the condition of the room and the lack of professionalism we experienced, we felt it was best not to stay. If this is the standard presented to guests, it raises serious concerns about the overall management and care taken with the accommodation.
