생활용품이 잘 구비된 아파트로 주차요금이 저렴하며 주말이나 저녁에는 호텔앞 주차가 무료임

아파트는 시설이 정말 좋았으나, 관리는 미흡했습니다. 7일이상 머물지 않는 경우 특별한 요청이 없이는 침대정리 및 청소가 되지 않는데, 예약당시 어디에도 이런 정보는 없었습니다. 그리고, 리셉션은 오전 9시~오후 6시까지만 직원이 있기 때문에 조금 늦은 시간에는 이용할 수없어 만히 불편했습니다.

Property is starting to show it's age now. Broken fittings and fixtures common in most of the apartments I have stayed in the last 12 months. There also appears to have been several changes in management in this time which meant that the necessary maintenance of fixtures and fittings hasn't been a priority. It's still a very good option compared to staying in a hotel room. Some attention to the details however would make it a better place to stay.

The room was nothing like the picture provided, curtains were broken in all rooms, the room was in need of much needed update in maintenance. The lift from the car park to the ground floor in the morniing is almost nonexistent as cleaning staff occupy all lifts for approx 15 mins before anyone offers to let you on and then conversations are had between the staff in a foreign language where they all laugh and look at you! Not acceptable at all!!

Good location to the hospital and the city, views from the balcony. I'd stay there again.

Parking is tight. Very narrow parking spaces may limit access to your doors

Code apartments very dirty and never cleaned our apartment unless I asked. We stayed 8 nights and had to ask for repairs to some amenities. Requested a clean on one of the days and they didn't do it. Do not recommend this place

Spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Down side - sofa uncomfortable, electric sockets in kitchen in unusable position. Could improve kitchen utensil choice and lighting living room

I arrived with 2 suit cases a back pack and a hand bag First there were stairs, only way up there were a mixed group standing in the lobby watching me struggle which is ok I guess but when I made it up the 2 people behind the the desk happy to comment about how they did not offer to help Amusing? The appartment was ok but it looked like it was furnished with the old stuff from home the bedside lamps had definitely seen better days one flickered and did not stay on without flashing The site said it was close to the hospital but sadly no Maybe it’s ok but definitely not loved, from this

I will surely rebook again as it is affordable and ideally located in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood with a few convenience stores and eating out places.

Easy parking at a very good price only $15 a night, room was clean with cooking facilities and a microwave. Bed was comfy and staff was very welcoming

We had a two bedroom apartment. The room was so musty and the windows were locked shut in the first bedroom. The second bedroom had wet carpet. The bathroom had no ventilation and as soon as you turned the shower on the water leaked all over the floor and out into the main living area all over the carpet. Neither the kettle nor microwave had any power either.

I have stayed here previously, and I knew what to expect at the price. I think the biggest issue is that the listed photos and rating flatter the property far too much. It is not a 4.5 star property. It is closer to a worn down 3 star option. The location is good. Price is fine. Property is not well looked after. Even having stayed here before, we had a few "moments" this trip. - Checking in, we entered out room to find the hotel staff having their lunch in our room (also the late checkin was a nightmare from last time) - The aircon did not work in the bedroom - There was plastic awning all outside our room on the floors and up the walls - The pool was closed for planned works (we were not advised the pool would be closed before the rip - annoying) - Shower needs urgently replacing Place needs some urgent TLC.

Room is not in good condition, no cleaning staff and no basic toiletries available.

Was a short walk to the train station, was a quick and easy check in. Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly,

We spent 5 wonderful nights at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Linens were clean. Kitchen was stocked with appropriate dishes and cleaning supplies. The washer and dryer worked, so it was convenient to keep clean clothes and travel light. There were a few restaurants around to corner and an Aldi. We ate at the restaurants several times. Aldi was small, but we got what we needed. It was a 7-minute walk to the train station. Two stops got us to Central Station.

The staff were very helpful and quick to check in and provide good information. The room showed damage and heavy use and was not a nice smell. In better presentation this is a perfect location and place to stay.

Convenient location, easy check in, helpful staff. Great views towards the city and nice outdoor space by pool and also balcony. Furniture a bit dated but other than that all good
