생활용품이 잘 구비된 아파트로 주차요금이 저렴하며 주말이나 저녁에는 호텔앞 주차가 무료임

아파트는 시설이 정말 좋았으나, 관리는 미흡했습니다. 7일이상 머물지 않는 경우 특별한 요청이 없이는 침대정리 및 청소가 되지 않는데, 예약당시 어디에도 이런 정보는 없었습니다. 그리고, 리셉션은 오전 9시~오후 6시까지만 직원이 있기 때문에 조금 늦은 시간에는 이용할 수없어 만히 불편했습니다.

The people at the service desk had wonderful customer service and were lovely and helpful but the room had not been cleaned at all it was disgusting ,wet dirty towels left on the floor keys cards did not work properly, aircon was broken and leaked everywhere, door in bathroom did not open up properly so could not sit on the toilet properly either . Loud banging from 6am to 8am constantly above us no idea why, would not recommend and did not feel safe

All is fine except for the mattress.

Pretty poor. Staff at check in were lacking professionalism & costumer service skills. Our room had an unpleasant odour with an overpowering smell of disinfectant (or similar) to mask the underlying smell. Lounge suite had various stains. Do yourself a favour & just don’t.

This property is not well represented by the pictures it provides. Neither the hotel nor our room looked anything nearly as nice as they presented in photos, leaving me feeling like I was tricked. The front desk staff were surly and unpleasant, the room wasn’t just a little dated…it was shabby. The carpet was worn down around the bed, there were large gouges in the wall and the pressboard furniture was coming apart. I didn’t want to walk on the carpet barefoot. I would not go back.

The place didnt feel clean from the moment we entered, we went to make a coffee and there was a used tea bag inside the kettle The carpets looked dirty, the dish rack was on top of the fridge covered in thick layer of dust, their was an iron but no ironing board The bedroom looked like an asylum, everything was white, no extra pillow or blankets, bed had 2 white pillows and a white sheet, the place needed some art work or colour, we have never stayed anywhere like this place, we had to pay extra 15 dollars a night when we got there to park under in building parking, only 2 hour street parking on street, everytime we got back to hotel, someone had parked in our spot, we asked at reception, they gave us new spots, that had others parked in them, was a lot of backward and forward to reception, the guy asked the lady to help us, she couldnt be bothered, the normal response from a gen z, The hotel was in good spot easy to get to from the motor ways. Can walk to into city, lots of cafes along the way.

Bedroom smelled of urine. Couple of bugs in the bathroom. General bits of litter in the hallways/corridors.

The unit was mess. Has broken chairs an smells damp threw out the whole place. Very disappointing

Very basic room. No art at all on the walls. Furniture falling apart. Only a frypan in the kitchenette, except for the lid for a saucepan that didn’t exist. No where to plug in the kettle except sit it on top of the microwave. Bed was fine. It was ok but for the price I paid I expected better.

Its was excellent in almost all regards except the bed was not as comfortable as some similar rated establishments. The staff were extremely helpful. The room was great,

Closeness to where I had to work.

It was fine for 1 or 2 nights to rest your head, but nothing more than this. Was very basic and in need of a revamp and some modernisation. Was close to a train station and we were able to cook food, but no other positives.

No extra pillows Staff were rude No dinning table

Great place to stay but the refund process for the bond is a nightmare

Property was very quiet n peaceful.easy parking.we spent 5 nights there in family apartment.we enjoyed our stay 😊
