We spent 5 wonderful nights at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Linens were clean. Kitchen was stocked with appropriate dishes and cleaning supplies. The washer and dryer worked, so it was convenient to keep clean clothes and travel light.
There were a few restaurants around to corner and an Aldi. We ate at the restaurants several times. Aldi was small, but we got what we needed.
It was a 7-minute walk to the train station. Two stops got us to Central Station.

Very dirty room, wifi signal is weak and drops out frequently, very little utensils in the kitchen, AC makes loud noise, lights doesn't work properly, dryer is full of particles, you have to pay for parking, not worth this price at all with this standard. Do not recommend.

The staff were very helpful and quick to check in and provide good information. The room showed damage and heavy use and was not a nice smell. In better presentation this is a perfect location and place to stay.

Some items provided in the room are not well maintained see below list
1 the kettle is very dirty ( inside)
2 the sliding door doesn’t work properly
3 one of the lights in the bedroom bed side does not work
4 the bathroom sink tap is lose ( the top pat fell off)
5 there is no body wash supplied to us
Toilet roll hangers do not work well, the rolls keep falling off
The staff customer services overall is good but can be improved

Tricky to find parking behind complex. Some items were missing from room eg a second chair, cutlery, wine glasses! Staff provided items quickly when requested. Apartment had everything needed for short City stay

We had a two-bedroom apartment that was on a corner of the ninth floor. This gave us a great view of Brisbane. Check-in was a bit of a hassle because our flight arrived so early on Good (a holiday). But nothing horrible. The room was lovely and had all the amenities of a decent apartment, including washer and dryer (both free). Bus stops and train station nearby made for easy travel. Location was also very good. Overall, a very good place to stay.

This room was amazinf, the price was great for the size and location. The staff were lovely and promot whenever we needed anything.
The only negative I have is that the kitchen has only 1 power point, hidden behind the microwave and the top/slashback is black with no light so its hard to see when using the kitchen, other than that, everything was top notch and we will stay again in future! :)
