It will be perfect if a glass door can be fixed for the bath-in so that water will not leak out making the bathroom wet and slippy.

I like this apartment has a large and comfortable balcony. However, the water drainage is not that good in the toilet and that make the it always wet.

nice apartment to stay near brisbane city. but need to go two stations from the central. very friendly and helpful reception. reasonable price.

Room clean staff helpful

The staff were lovely, as always, and the apartment was comfortable. There were some minor maintenance issues, which I reported at check-out.

The staff were rude on check in. The room wasn’t very clean and had a potable air conditioner that was noisy and made me sick. No one told me the A/C wasn’t functional I behaved the room wasn’t fit to be rented.

Requested topping up of supplies several times as we had a 4 night stay and they still didnt get it right. Dishwasher has a bad odour; needs a good clean. Bathroom vanity sink is extremely slow to drain; seriousy needs drain cleaned. Need cleaning products if the rooms are to be left clean and acceptable especially kitchen. Also kitchen requires more cooking utensils especially a lid for fry pan to stop splattering. We stay here regularly and this is the first time Ive made any commments of this sort. I do hope the establishment picks up especially with the rates increasing significantly!!!

Air conditioning was broken in all rooms in the apartment, there was a portable unit in the bedroom that was incredibly noisy and meant leaving the window and blind open all night to work. Not a great experience and disappointing that reception did not mention anything when I checked in.

This apartment was amazing. Such a great value. The staff was just ok. Location meeh.

The apartments are in quite a good location, within 10 minute walk to Bowen Hills train station. The room was in good, clean condition. Lounge was old and uneven, sunk to the middle, making it uncomfortable to sit on. Bedding was comfortable. Parking fee should be included in the price, not extra $15.00. Overall, for the price, it was all we needed for the weekend

Nice quiet area. Good price

Very nice apartment in a great area - many restaurants within walking distance. Only problem was the air conditioner was extremely loud and we could not run the one in the bedroom at all due to the noise it made. Once they owners fix that problem would highly recommend this property.

Staff were polite. But the toilet was broken in our bathroom. We reported it. But it was NOT fixed. It would not flush. It was still broken when we left.
