We love Gateway. Nothing is ever a problem. Staff are helpful and pleasant every time we stay. Clean, well equipped, and conveniently located it’s our go to for Nth Western Sydney.

My wife and I chose the cheapest option in booking a standard queen room for our overnight stay. We sent a message to the motel asking for a quiet room, however, upon arrival we found our allocated room to be very noisy with busy Windsor Road too close to the front door and the rear window overlooking the hotel beer garden that is open until 4am. We returned immediately to the reception to request a quiet room and had to pay a third more for a superior room in the block at the back of the property, which was much more to our liking (apart from the adjacent building works, but they stopped at 4pm).
The room was spacious, modern and very clean, with a comfortable King size bed, great shower, kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery, crockery and it was very QUIET.
We thoroughly enjoyed our restful, overnight stay.

Fridge missing a leg making it wobble when touched. The bathroom fan was excessively loud and the light was dirty. Music noise from the hotel was very loud until midnight. We were in room 26. Staff and cleanliness great.

I have stayed here multiple times for work travels and it just wasn’t a great stay this time. There is obviously lots of renovations and upgrades happening unfortunately this isn’t reflected in the overall price. There is construction noise all day and loud radio playing and on check out day they were unloading trucks of items and objects which I thought would have been better planned to block all the roads off when trying to pack the car and leave. Will be finding somewhere else to stay.

Cannot fault location staff or the room itself, however have stayed a couple of times and hotel grounds are being used for other purposes. So a little bit of competition between visitors and guests. Otherwise will stay there again

Air-con failed one hot and humid evening. Control Panel showed "CP". But Hotel Duty Manager kindly allowed us to sleep in another room with a working Air-con. The hotel fixed our sir-con promptly the next morning.
There are no empty parking bays in front of our room when we returned late in the evening. We had to park on the lawn.
Staff are all very friendly and lovely.

Directly outside our window was the smoking table at the pub.
It was extremely noisy.
Surely the area within a metre or so outside the window could be a no go zone of an evening
