The door to my room was really hard to open and close. You either had to ram it open or yank it real hard slamming the door to shut it. The older building has really poor sound proofing…

Room was ok but never managed to access the wifi. All staff said was it should connect automatically and that was it.

Tea & coffee supplied as well as long life milk. Parking was easy & safe.

The room was perfect.

This place was fantastic and so welcoming after our long trip. The room was so clean and modern. We had a beautiful view of the garden from our room.

Our room was good but was located near the busy car park which was very noisy until about 3am. Didn't get a lot of sleep due to the noise

The staff were wonderful and very friendly especially in the Vineyard Restaurant, gaming, bar etc. Room on the outside was very ordinary , we were in the older rooms but we were very relieved to see that once we were inside it was fairly standard but comfortable and much nicer than the outside. The bathroom whilst everything looked brand new there seems to be some black mold on the ceiling, and inside the lovely new microwave was absolutely splattered with food which was a little bit off putting up as it looked like it had been there quite some time, this was mentioned to housekeeping on our way out and I am certain that she would have taken care of it immediately. The bed was amazingly comfortable as were the pillows. The security guards in the vineyard were awesome and happy to give their time to brag about their working environments. We were able to speak to the manager on Friday evening and they did about 800 meals for tea, we had nothing but compliments for the meals the staff and the Vineyard complex , this is a place that needs to be visited it is just such a gorgeous venue and the atmosphere is electric. The owners have certainly put a lot of money into this venue and we were told about additional work that is to be done and it is a full credit to them.

We booked into the basic motel room and I was disappointed that there was not WIFI available unlike the two higher quality motel rooms. I thought that the fee we paid for 2 weeks could have included the Wi Fi paid would have included. The room was very clean, and they were serviced every 4.0 days. There was never an issue having meals as the hotel sections have many dining areas
