The room was nice albeit dated. My only complaint is I did order ice up to my room, that never arrived.
We had the feed me option at Coal Cellar and Grill restaurant, which was top notch! I highly recommend eating there.

Some people might say the hotel is dated. That is so not true. Yes, it is not brand new hotel but the room we had was renovated with modern amenities.
Each room has chromecast we could connect so we didn’t miss F1 where Piastri won the race and leads the championship.
The service is excellent from the moment we checked in.
The location is very convenient with Chinatown and Adelaide Central Market on walking distance. Lots of cafe and restaurants around, too.
Will definitely stay here again.

Wasn’t happy that one of the beds broke during the night leaving my husband to sleep lopsided and giving him a a sore back the next day ….. appreciated the upgrade but felt the gesture a bit inadequate considering my husband didn’t get much sleep and had to buy deep heat for his back pain
