近隣にレストランが多く便利

立地がとてもよく、ショッピング街や飲食店街へのアクセスや空港へのアクセスがとてもよいです。ホテルの駐車場も使用できるため車での移動も可能です。室内は、建物自体は古いですが、清潔に手入れされている印象でした。

Adelaide市内にあって、近くにも飲食店があるのでとても滞在しやすいです。従業員の対応も非常に親切ですので、いつも利用しています。ただし、やや値段が高めですので、早めの格安で予約することをお勧めします。

部屋はキレイでとても快適でした。南メルボルン市場、カジノ、アウトレット店など、ショッピングと観光に最適です。個人的には、ウィスキー醸造所に歩いていける距離だったのが嬉しかったです。

Staff extremely helpful. Nothing was a problem or issue for them. Room and surrounds were very clean

The staff were helpful throughout our stay, particularly the staff member who checked us in, who was very pleasant, professional, and well presented. The room was clean and well maintained. The only aspect we would criticise is the air conditioning: the wall controller was not very responsive, even though it advised waiting six seconds, and the fan was quite noisy and tended to dry out the room quickly, which made it somewhat uncomfortable. The breakfast was good and offered a reasonable variety of food; however, having largely the same options each day became slightly monotonous. We would also prefer that staff guiding guests to their tables avoid handling cutlery where possible, as this would help reassure guests about hygiene, particularly in light of ongoing health concerns such as COVID-19, nipah virus and other infectious diseases.

On arrival, we were unable to use valet parking as no spaces were available. When we entered our allocated room, there was already another guest in it. I contacted reception and was asked to wait on my floor for a new room. After 20 minutes with no update, I went back down to reception and was told a staff member had gone to my floor but they could not locate the staff member. Room service staff were good, however the food itself was average, and a $7 tray charge is applied per order. The room felt dated and the bathroom was worse. Overall, communication from reception was poor and did not meet my expectations.

Sehr zentrale Lage, gutes Frühstück, professionelles Personal. Zimmer war sauber, könnte aber mal eine Renovierung gebrauchen.

Breakfast meal was atrocious ordered the big breakfast twice, it came without eggs and no toast or bread. The sausages were cold when I bit in to them, on closer inspection they were not cooked in the middle. Honestly McDonald’s would of been a better choice!

Great clean and comfy room and breakfast is quite good, highly recommended for the price.
