The staff were all great, so this rating is not a reflection on their work. The room wasn't very clean - the showers were not clean, the carpets and blinds are old and stained. We stayed for 7 days but was only given supplies for 1 day even though there was no housekeeping. The room stank of smoke that came through the vents or drains into our room daily (we are not smokers and had all the windows and doors closed), the dishwasher was old and were broken in bits.
