Friendly staff and helpful. Some rubbish in the cupboards. Overpriced but it was during the Ashes Test so everywhere was probs double normal price. Close to everything in town. Walking distance to everything. Love this city!

The sofa was dirty and I asked for a sheet to cover it before I would sit on it. There was no full length mirror and it would have been good to have a TV in the bedroom. The furniture was chipped and the tiles on the floor in the kitchen area were also chipped. Not exactly the four star experience I had been led to believe I would have. Flo was an amazing ambassador for the hotel. She was so helpful and very apologetic about the property condition. Please acknowledge her customer service. It was outstanding - I did a lot of complaining and she was so sweet.

In general the hotel and facilities are good but the lady at the check in was a bit unwelcome and rude. The staff person that was cleaning the pool and sauna were rude as well. Like we are paying for the facilities, we felt like they didn't want us there.
