Had an amazing experience staying here! We’re able to check in earlier, the bed was super comfortable, they gave us a room that includes a view (as we requested), staff are very helpful & friendly! We’ll definitely come back to this hotel next time we visit Canberra! ♥️

Staff are very friendly and helpful. They may need to charge the room design to make it more user-friendly. They may also need to clear up the wardrobe as I found a single used yellowish sleeper on loop the top shelve of the wardrobe.

Room is clean but the power point around the bed is faulty. Interesting room design that allowing customers to get out from one side instead of three sides. Room design is not practical for two customers to stay in. One is perfect. Overall, 3 stars because of staff are helpful. One more interesting thing is i thought the he package includes breakfast. Really cute hotel with very modern and clean amenities. There really much there but I did appreciate the coffee machine where I made hot chocolate and the zip tap for cold/chilled water. The complementary apples were nice touch too. My only issue was, I prefer a firm mattress. The mattress in my room was way too soft and I just sunk into the bed.

The room was small but that is ok because I wasn't planning on spending my trip in there anyways. There is a library you can go work in, which is a cool option. The breakfast was really good and very reasonably priced. The staff were helpful and friendly. My only issue was the bed was a little too soft - oh no, a comfy bed!

Our favourite place to stay when visiting Canberra. The staff are always lovely, the rooms are comfortable, and the amenities are excellent, particularly the library area for working and the hotel’s bike rental service. Got Übereats delivered and reception brought it to my door - brilliant. But, upon check in I wasn't told about communal areas available & couldn't find info on it in my room. Eg - there was an area on Level 5 which looked like it had snacks, but I didnt go in. Also - recommend checking the block out blinds work before bed. Mine didnt and on checkout I was told I should have said something during the night - but I was tired, in my pyjamas, why would I want a strange person in my room/have to get dressed again for something that was supposed to work?
