ランドリーを頼もうと袋にシャツを入れ、伝票を記入してドアの外に置いておいたが、部屋だけが掃除されていてランドリーサービスはされていなかった（袋がそのままドアの外に置かれていた）。

特注のベッドがとても寝心地がよく疲れが取れます。共用の図書館やラウンジもゆっくりできて気に入りました。

Great location. Rooms are compact but comfortable. Loved the breakout space and library. Easy walk to restaurants and cafes.

Small cosey hotel located in a quieter area compared to CBD, with several restaurants nearby. About 20-30 min. walk to Lake Burley Griffin and Kinston Foreshore. Overall, a very relaxing stay.

Cool design in most aspects. Had everything I needed as one person. Slept better that I usually do away from home.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Very clean room . The lad who checked me in was so thorough & helpful explaining everything. The bed was a dream to sleep on. No view but love the auto sheer & blackout blinds. Rakeaway & restaurants handy. And within walking distance to all attractions including Leonardo da Vinci which was ama,ing. Loved my stay & will stay again.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Zimmer sind zwar eher klein, jedoch sehr sauber und gepflegt. Dank der zentralen Lage ist das Hotel ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing und Erkundungen der Stadt.

Great central yet quiet location. Close to the main attractions in Canberra such as the Parliament, National Art Gallery, National Portrait Gallery, Lake Burley Griffin and a short drive to the National Museum and the Australian War Memorial. Friendly staff, the most comfiest bed, modern vibes, free parking on the weekends, wonderful lounge where you can chill and library to work at if you are here for work. The only negative is that the way the bed is positioned made it hard to climb in and out for non agile people like us, but the comfy bed made up for it 😄

Facilities are stunning, bed was extra cozy, great library for working and two single occupancy rooms for taking conference calls, great gym, and friendly staff. 10/10 for me. OH also, they have byredo products in the bathroom…. Ummm helllooooo.

Superb hotel. Killer amenities, great rooms, fantastic housekeeping staff too..I will only stay here in CBR going forward. 7stars

The room was good condition. Just I couldn’t use Netflix and YouTube. The receptionist was kind but there was lack of explanation about breakfast time and location. Because you need to go the other building for it.

Friendly staffs, very happy for staying.
