There was a funny smell in the hallway when getting outta the lifts .
Was hot in the lifts and our aircon in 1516 was leaking water ..
Also just a question why couldn’t we change the temperature on the aircon remotes ?

Didn't like that we stayed 6 nights and 4 of those nights we were disturbed by the Fire alarm, hotel told use that is was caused by people cooking, but who cooks a 1.30am & 2.03am.

Really bad smell of mould in the whole hotel, Holes in the walls/ roof buckets to catch water, wet carpet in room. Didn’t get much sleep due to the smell of the place will be never going here again.

The food wasn’t good, breakfast was over cooked, eg sausages were extremely tough and very dry like they were 2 weeks old, the berry smoothy was beginning to bubble meaning ity was maturing. Had a steak nite dinner there as well, ordered a medium rare steak and it was very well done and tough meat as well. Apart from the local reasuarant the hotel was satisfactory
