部屋にはキッチンや洗濯機がついていて楽でした。 スタッフはとても親切な方が多かったですが、たまに不愛想な方おり、 人によりけりでした。

The room and ocean view were lovely, bed & pillows comfortable, however the property had a horrible damp, moldy smell that was in the rooms and hallways. The smell was unbearable and should be addressed.

Property is becoming dated and needs upgrading. Loose kitchen tap, loose door handles and other items in need of maintenance. Had a ten day stay and had to ask for change of sheets and towels. General appearance of grout around tiles in bathroom and balcony in poor condition. Not the best apartment hotel we have stayed in and I am generally easily pleased.

Property was in a good location, quiet and comfortable rooms.

Great central Darwin city location for attending Darwin festival events. Bathroom was modern and spacious. Bes and lounge also comfortable and spacious. Modern bedside lamps with USB. Good aircon, nice verandah. TV smallest we've seen un a hotel in a very long time - bigger TV in a cruise ship room. Hallway carpet in desperate need of replacement - very much a trip hazard.

The initial contact on check in should have alerted us to what the overall experience would be. Check in staff unable to answer questions about our Accor membership. The corridor on level 15 smelt when the lift door opened. The room was dirty and uninviting. It smelt damp, there was a dehumidifier running which was confusing as we had not experienced this at any of 5 other accommodation places stayed at on our trip. The toilet had about a cm of mould growing between the cistern lid and the cistern which I had to clean. The skirting boards were dusty and the light switches, remote controls and other electrical appliances were dirty, the soap dispenser in the washing machine had not been cleaned and had caked on washing powder, the out door setting was old and needed to be resanded and resealed and the pool dirty and not cleaned once during our 3 night stay, we watched the layer of dirt on the bottom of the pool increase each day. The dining chairs in their restaurant were old and uncomfortable and the tables had not been cleaned. When we reported the dirty toilet and dust issues the reception staff just gave us a card to contact the cleaning manager, they did not get the room recleaned. If it had not have been school holidays I would have moved hotels. Overall our experience at the Mantra was very disappointing for the price we paid.

Didn't like that we stayed 6 nights and 4 of those nights we were disturbed by the Fire alarm, hotel told use that is was caused by people cooking, but who cooks a 1.30am & 2.03am.

The hotel stage were very accommodating to any requests made. The room was clean and the view over the water an added bonus. A lovely stay.
