Room Was terribly dirty . Not mantained . Fridge in room was not working and had to be replaced . Was then replaced with a dirty one. Bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable . Bathroom had mould in shower area and small holes in walls as well as rust . Carpets were unclean and there was a terrible smell in the foyer area of level 6 where we were . The room also smelt musty . The undercover car park was fiflthy dirty with piles of rubbish as were the lifts . Rooms were not cleaned and we were there for 4 x nights . We had to ask for fresh towels . Reception hours say 24 hours yet we tried to call them numerous times from Our room with no answer . Very disappointed and felt ripped off for what we paid . Would not recommend and would never stay here again !!!

The kitchenette is good, but the room itself is run down and needs a make over. Old carpet, curtians stained and marked, the material chairs are filthy dirty, shower curtain too short in shower/bath and water runs all over bathroom floor, nothing to hold onto getting over the bath, to get into the shower( slip hazard). Balcony no outdoor chairs or little coffee table.

Stay was good and here is constructive comment. 1/ Light over fridge area was flickering and I could not use main light. (Needs replacing) 2/ Visible dust on bedside lamp (Thick) 3/ I know this is a bit soft but TV upgrade to smart TV may be something to consider. Overall my stay was very good and I would stay again.

Room had all you needed. Reasonably clean and spacious. Our room faded the racecourse so had a beautiful view but was very noisy with traffic along the main road outside. No sound proofing windows makes a big difference. Staff were very friendly. Plenty of parking available but very tight getting around the car park. We have a DMax and was hard in it.
