If you are a light sleeper do not stay here cause you will feel like you are staying on the road with all the sound coming in, secondly the property doesn’t mention that they do not provide housekeeping even though i paid close to 800 for 5 days and it wasn’t provided for the 5 days of our stay. On top of that they charged an extra 100 dollars saying the room was messy well it will be messy when i cleaned the room twice and no housekeeping is there and im staying with two toddlers. Clear tactics to charge the guest more.

Property was ok. Inside foyer was great, up in the room areas was old outdated & tatty carpet,
No light switch in lounge room, the bedroom light did not work.
Noise level from outside is shocking. ( I suppose not much can be done to quiet the noise.)
Parking underneath was terrible for bigger cars.
Breakfast included in the price was good.
Staff were friendly & helpful.
Easy access to & from accommodation. Good location.

Staff were pleasant however linen did not smell fresh or clean, no hot water last night, paid for breakfast but if you’re not there before 9am you forfeit your breakfast - disappointing if you want a sleep in, no main lighting in the room so quite dark when we got in late.

I have stayed here many times and have enjoyed the experience however on this trip the unit above me was obviously being renovated. There was tapping and rolling of something until 11pm that then recommenced at 0300 hrs for 1 hour. I was woken by the noise and could not get back to sleep. It was on again at 6am with a sander.
Very disappointing as i had paid $235 for the nights stay. Not sure if i would return.

I will return when I need to stay in Rosehill again. Clean, tidy, accessible and breakfast was good, staff had great service. Drinking glasses in rooms too small for an adult though no other issues

Super comfortable bed. Clean sheets and clean room. Large size room with space to put luggage. Bathroom was tired and dated with broken/loose grab rail and towel rail. We weren’t game to use the rail to assist with getting in and out of the bath/shower. Lots of traffic noise. We got free parking with our room which was great but parking station has very tight turns and is tricky to navigate in even a medium size car. Overall happy with stay as it was clean and convenient for getting to and from Qudos Arena.
