We loved our stay. The golf course and putting green is very enjoyable. If the pools were heated that would have been a lot better, the water was freezing.. even the spa wasn’t warm for the kids. Besides that great spot! We will be back.. thank you

It was a nice cosy place to stay with lots of facilities (pool, gym, sauna etc.) Check in and out was easy and smooth. Our room was overlooking the golf course which was relaxing.

Room was good and comfortable. Room could have been cleaner especially the container that held the plates was very dusty all plates had to be washed before use. Room was only serviced when requested.

They hadn't changed the bed sheet. There was hair everywhere from the previous guests. I had to ask them to come and change the bed sheet which they did but management weren't too apologetic about the situation. They took the safety issues very lightly. I will never be staying there again. I have shared the photos and videos to the management with no response so far.

Mattress in 4305 needs replacing.
Pasta dish totally overpowered by chilli & pizza smothered in sauce so dining in the restaurant was a huge disappointment.

The room we were assigned was really dirty. The staff were great though and moved us to another straight away. It was better, but still not great and outdated. The facilities and staff were great though.

The grounds were really well maintained. We had a self catered apartment. Everything was a bit dated. Really expected things like a smart TV , a pod coffee machine. Only had basic equipment for self catering.
