The stay was good, the restaurant was lovely looking over the lake. Friendly staff and room clean.

I stayed 1 night and was upgraded to Lagoon view room as that building has lifts. Parking was undercover. Room was spacious with comfortable bed and good tea/coffee facility with a lot of cuttlery for a hotel room. It would have even better if there a microwave. Lap pool was heated and great-25m one. Spa and sauna facilities were good, but the temperature in sauna was a nit low, so it took a while for body to react. Staff at reception were very nice.

Det var verkligen nedgånget rum som desperat behöver renoveras. Kan inte ha gjorts något åt detta rum sedan det byggdes. Bäddsoffan var extremt obekväm. Överlag inget som direkt imponerade med detta rum.

The resort itself is beautifully located, and there is obvious effort into the grounds and surrounds for guests. The restaurant is nicely appointed for breakfast and dinner, albeit on the more expensive side.
Our room was very clean and had all the essentials. It was quite dated and tired, and did not live up to the expectation of an ‘executive’ room. The staircase is quite dangerous for a toddler, with a climbable railing that has no barrier to prevent falling. Although the top bedroom was locked off, the stairs are still accessible. A child gate would be highly beneficial in this room, and I would not recommend families with active toddlers stay in this particular room.
Staff were lovely, and reasonable value for money. Would stay again if we were in the area.

The staff are nice and the location is great. Property is well maintained with the exception of the rooms. It needs to be updated. The carpets are very old and emits a very musty smell. The linens and blankets were also dirty. The kitchen has some basic stuff like coffees and teas which were greatly appreciated. The scenery around the property is great and they have a nice trail walk.

Really enjoyed our one night stay. Room was very nicely presented. A toaster would be an asset to a stayer not wishing to go out first thing.
Grounds beautifully maintained. A lovely quiet retreat not far from the city.
