My wife and i enjoyed a wonderful night in Canberra staying at the Pavillion. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and spacious, and the food served in the Atrium bar was exceptional. We also had the buffet breakfast in the morning which was absolutely delicious.

Good location, convenient parking. Older motel but well maintained, great bed and shower. Have stayed here before, enjoyed the apartment I had yesterday the best though.

Comfortable lounge and bed. Perhaps the rear door entry could be more clearly signposted. Ability to reserve disabled parking if at all possible. (I Appreciate this would be hard to police)

We love staying at the Pavilion, easy to access and in a great location, we stayed in the Spa suite, the room was spacious and clean, with a separate living area, the only problems we encountered were the shower over the spa, it was hard to adjust the temperature and the ducted heating in the suit was automatic so you couldn’t turn it down or off, it was also noisy, other than those two thing everything else was great, the buffet breakfast is always a highlight with a lot of different choices.

The worst hotel experience we've ever had.
The entire room—and even the building—had a strong, musty, damp odour that was absolutely unbearable. It gave us headaches and made it impossible to sleep, as the awful smell kept waking us throughout the night. We’re genuinely surprised this wasn’t mentioned in any of the reviews we read before booking; had we known, we definitely wouldn’t have stayed here. This is a serious health concern, especially for guests with asthma or sensitivities. It's completely unacceptable and, frankly, quite shameful. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they fully replace the carpets and resolve the underlying issue causing the odour.

We have been staying here regularly for the past 20 years without any issues. This time however, every aspect of the stay was unsatisfactory, from the cleanliness of the room, heating, food, food and beverage service and the overall attitude of the staff. We will not be revisiting

My bed had a big dip in the middle which was uncomfortable.
Restaurant had terrible food, I ordered salad and chicken the chicken was so dry and the salad was so dry when l asked for dressing they gave me a small mustard.

the inside of the hotel was very nice, the room was fine, but the air conditioning did not work and we had a very cold night, not even the extra blanket helped. could not sleep so woke up at 3.00am, had some coffee showered and checked out (warmer in car) and headed home

My only complaint is that room doors slam and when other guests are inconsiderate, this can be annoying. Hotel is great.
