Easy parking

Excellent as always. We had a bad leak in our room, which is a first. The place is starting to show its age.

Our room was upgraded to a spa suite which was nice of them but the air conditioning/cooling was not sufficient on 30 degree Celsius days. The room was hot, noise from the road was very loud and to get into the shower you had to climb over the spa bath which was not safe. The carpet in the room was musty and there was a musty mouldy smell throughout the building we were in. The shower head was broken but they did replace that when we asked. Property in need of updating.

Spotless room, great amenities, ease of access, plenty of parking spaces and close to the centre of town.

No air conditioning on a 36 degree Canberra day, the place smelt like it needed a good clean, the place was dirty and dusty, no matter how desperate do not stay here!!!

Room was tired but so we're we. Staff were polite. Door from Room Service was not amazing. Gurgling sink was annoying. Overall, we were looking for a bed to sleep in after a long drive and late night. This hotel met that need.

I was ‘upgraded’ to a spa room. Very ordinary. Sparsely furnished with stained carpet. In the night water came up through the floor drain in the bathroom spreading across the floor. I reported it to reception. No comment from hotel. I have stayed at The Pavilion each time I’ve visited Canberra but never again.

Good service from Reception. Room was clean and very comfortable and well provided with amenities. Door Keycard didn't work initially, Brett on Reception re-programmed it and it worked perfectly the rest of my stay.

Room was clean. Staff were very helpful and all were pleasant. Bathroom is dated and taps hard to turn all the way off in shower. Dripped all night long. Carpet has lumps under it. Some of the pillows had an old musty latex odour.

Nice and clean hotel, spacious room with comfortable beds. The interior had a slightly dated feel, but was well maintained (and - more importantly - clean and functional). There's a light rail stop just outside, making it easy to get to the city centre in just a few minutes.

The room was wonderful the Pavillion upgraded us to a suite and it was glorious! We also enjoyed a meal in their restaurant, and it was lovely and even won a Hawke cup cooler! Many thanks to staff.

Great room and location. Staff in reception and restaurant not quite up to the job. They make mistakes, ask me twice when I order takeaway coffee, and other frustrating issues. Very disappointing on this point.

The room was spacious with a seperate bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The carpet, sadly had been subjected to a flood at some point so it was stained. The staff were helpful and friendly.
