Beautiful hotel. Dinner and breakfast were both amazing. Gorgeous room and the staff were great. 5 star.

Location and rooftop bar are probably the only things we liked. The bed was comfortable and the hairdryer good. The concierge/ lift attendant was superb. She was friendly welcoming and explained the lift use and procedures. The room was a king deluxe on the 10th floor. The lighting is very dim. The bathroom has very poor lighting. Impossible for me to do make up. The toilet and shower share a sliding door so both facilities cannot be used at the same time - even with the door closed on the shower the water seeped through the bottom of the door into the bathroom. The bathroom supplies did not include cotton wipes or tips. The bathroom towels whilst clean are old and really need replacing. Breakfast is à la carte. If you pay for breakfast with your room you are entitled to 1 breakfast meal, 1 coffee/ tea and 1 juice. The thick cut bacon was 85% fat and very little meat. Four of us had the same large breakfast and none of enjoyed it. Eggs are scrambled and runny, making the toast wet and unpleasant to eat. In checkout when asked how was our stay we politely advised of our disappointment. The reply regarding bathroom lighting was to next time ask for a make up mirror which they can supply on request. Additionally the staff member was not interested in giving any comment back to us other than ok have a nice day.

The service was great but had a couple of complaints. Our room didnt seem properly cleaned was extremely dusty and had white stains on flooring. The breakfast we paid forwasn't very nice, so much so that we barely ate it we had to spend money else where and cancelled it for the next day. The tv in our room barely worked and was extremely annoying as had to constantly redownloaded the apps on it and log back in. We thought we were paying for a room with a bath but had no bath. We very disappointed. They advertise parking but then turns out its $70 extra a night after paying almost $1000 just for the room alone while you could park 20 m up the street and pay $40 for two days. Would not stay here again.

Nothing else in the world 👍 this. Thank goodness for that, never again 😅

Room was clean. Staff were very helpful and polite. Dinner at Santini Grill was delicious, we had the tasting menu with pairing of wine for each course.

Excellent location as it was at the shopping district and walking distance to perth train station. For muslim travellers, easy access to various halal food! Room was spacious even with a pullout bed!

Bed was very comfortable, roof top bar has a good vibe, would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect

Check in was terrible because my booking was coming up as cancelled. I showed the reception staff my booking and receipt for payment in the Hotels.com app so they eventually gave me a room and said they would follow up with Hotels.com for payment. That was a stressful start. The hotel is pristine and modern. However, the mood (ie dark) lighting, doorless toilet and shower, difficulty to access curtain behind overly big chairs did not suit us. The day we booked in we were looking forward to heading up to the rooftop bar for a drink and dinner to only find out they were closed for a private function. We’ve stayed here several times but I think it’s time for a change.

We used to love this hotel but had a bad experience this time, our room wasn’t ready by 3pm, the tv in the room didn’t have any signal so couldn’t watch anything, and had to stir my coffee with my fingers as there were no spoons, overall underwhelmed and will try somewhere else next time.

Breakfast OK but inflexible, small change from set prepaid breakfast caused big extra charge. Biggest concern with room was poor lighting, a lot of lights but dim, bed lamps no where near bright enough to read by. Plentiful, easy to reach power plug ins. Black walls in bathroom made room to dark to see properly to shave, put on makeup etc. Room was quiet and bed soft but comfortable.

Nicely styled spacious room only down side is dim lighting in bathroom but would stay again!
