Extremely noisy. The walls are paper-thin, the door provides no sound insulation.
The towels and bedsheets had an unpleasant odour.

I called three times and emailed prior to arriving asking for some amenities in the room to which they initially agreed. Arrived, said it’s no longer available unless I upgrade and pay extra, which I did. To then get a room that was quite unclean. The bed was comfortable but that’s pretty much the only benefit of the hotel.

Pros: Really comfy bed and nice hot shower. Quiet and good location for easy tram travel.
Cons: We had requested a roll out bed for our child which wasnt set up when we arrived. Had a very tired toddler who stayed up late waiting for this. Carpets were quite dirty.

Tram stops close and a walkable distance to the city (about 25 min)
Staff very helpful, I needed a wheelchair as I was in Melbourne for foot surgery. They had one but it was broken so they sourced another from a nearby hotel.
The young man literally ran to the other location to get it for me.
They also swapped us to a wheelchair accessible room.
Concierge parking wasn't quite what was promised, twice we gave over 30 mins notice but car still wasn't ready. they did apologise and gave 1 night free.
All in all, a comfortable hotel with good service, would stay again
