Rooms are quiet, comfortable beds. Lovely bathrooms. Breakfast could be improved-I had to request the yoghurt to be replenished both days. Coffee machine - terrible coffee. Hot foods not very appealing- an omelette or cooked egg service would be a great improvement.

We enjoyed our stay at Flagstaff Gardens. Location was fantastic, easy walking to explore, bus and train close by. Room was clean and spacious and we also used the clean option not to have the room cleaned daily as we were staying 5 nights, a saving of $10 per night not cleaned. Breakfast was included in our booking and we both enjoyed everything on offer. Plenty of options and everything refilled in a timely manner. It set us up for our days out exploring. We dined in the restaurant one night and the service and food were both excellent All the staff were very friendly and highly competent. We even received fruit and chocolate in our room after we mentioned it was our wedding anniversary.

The staff were very helpful, and the room upgrade made our stay much more comfortable. I had called ahead to let them know I would be traveling with my mother, who is elderly and sensitive to noise, and they were very accommodating. Although there was a slight miscommunication at first, the front desk receptionist handled it professionally and made our stay very pleasant. Breakfast was great, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Very bad experience. Staff were cold and the tv did not work the whole time three night 4 days - no tv, only excuses and dismiss. No offer to help, compensate or really care about it. I don’t ask for compensation just because you can tell it would hit like a led balloon. Room was average and I expected more from this stay. Room was noisy also on the first floor.

Staff friendly and a good location to do a. Unch of stuff. Rooms need a little updating. Like I had to move th bedside tables to get a plug for my charger. Maybe something like a lamp with plugs in it on each side.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Flagstaff Gardens Hotel. It was well placed to all the places we wanted to visit and others we discovered on the walking tour. The breakfast is good and we did eat dinner at the hotel. Our only criticism is that although the food was good at dinner, we were going to order dessert, but the main course took so long to arrive we decided we wouldn't bother.

Room was clean and ready when we arrived on a very late flight. Staff at reception checkin were very good. Coffee from restaurant at breakfast is also good. We were provided with two vouchers for 25% off to dine in but when we went use them the restaurant is closed Fridays and Saturdays. Maybe that should have been mentioned when we were handed the vouches and advised of the discount.
