Old and dirty hotel, the bedsheet was not changed and full of human hairs and stains, gotta ask for a room change at 1am, it was a nightmare, very terrible experience, the room was facing the main street so it can get very noisy in the morning, and the fire alarm went off once in the middle of the day with unknown reason,

We booked the hotel around a week before our stay. Based on brand name and reviews we were expecting a premium experience but the hotel was undergoing a name change. Very basic facilities and average quality. Maybe the new corporate overlords want to cut costs wherever they can and it shows. From missing bin liners to smallest size of minimum toileteries to even restocking tea bags to the number of towels they provide, you constantly feel that they are trying to nickel and dime you.
Room could use a fresh coat of paint. Fridge had a rail missing reducing the already small capacity.
