Room was very dated, bathroom tiles areas are very dirty and crack, bathroom window sills rusted and dirty, aircon very noisy temperature control has only one setting very cold. Staff was friendly facilities were adequate.

Everything was excellent, including the lady on reception who processed my booking… but the subsequent welcomes lady was plain rude. I had told the lady on reception that I’d been to the hotel 4 times before. For some reason the welcomed took offence to this! Not a little but major rudeness

Service was okay, room smelled of bleach and needs all sorts of repairs and maintenance. Buut, the bed and pillows and sheets were clean, well made and very comfortable. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beach a short walk, lovely pool and the food was pretty good 👍

Unfotunatttely we had to move rooms as the air cond died on our second day. The first room was badly in need of an upgrade as floor covering were dirty and so was the lounge, we had to get an over for it. The 2nd room we were allocated was excellent. Furniture amenities bedding and floor are very good plus a nice view

I’ve stayed at the hotel often and like the location on the beach - but this room was in the worst state of disrepair I’ve seen. Scratches, scuffs, peeling bathroom vanity - it isn’t up to Ramada standard. The hotel told me these are owned apartments- Ramada should refuse to accept it in this state.
