The room was brilliant, had a very good refit and came complete with an unexpected degree of luxury including a dvd collection and player. The staff were really good, professional and friendly.
The pool is amazing, as is the pool bar and bistro.

Staff were great. the room was nothing like the pictures. it was small and in poor condition. if they actually showed the correct picture I would of upgraded to another (better) room. very disappointed, i would not stay there again and not recommend them as well.

The room was very basic and lacked in any form of comfort. The bathroom was old and vanity very work, small shower with low water pressure, not even table lamps. The worst part was the corridors to the room, it smelt like a homeless man, I literally had to cover my nose and run to my room. I would not stay here again, not value for money.

The room was sufficient however I noticed there was a long shred of hair on the lamp. There was water leaking in one of the bathroom facilities in the lobby. I think it would be good to blow all the leaves at the front entrance from time to time. Overall nice hotel.
