Room was worn and not real clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Clean but room probably needs some maintenance. Air ventilation grate near entrance hall requires some cleaning and probably repainting.

I paid nearly $500 a night for a 3 bedroom Ocean view room. It was at a level that you could hardly even see the ocean, the apartment was dirty, had stained furniture and it needs a general refurb. Will not be back…

Yes everything was amazing

Bathroom toilet was licking water , air con only on main living and keep dripping water we had to use a towel and bowl . Air fan was not enough on the rooms was too hot , stayed for 7nights and no room service at all.

The room was brilliant, had a very good refit and came complete with an unexpected degree of luxury including a dvd collection and player. The staff were really good, professional and friendly. The pool is amazing, as is the pool bar and bistro.

The Room was dirty and old, stains all over the lounge and old toys left under the cushions, broken tv cable. there was no staff. good location.

The room was small and pokey - witi didn't work - no substantial natural light - really not worth the price of the booking - disappointed with Ramada.

Air con was leaking and situated over the bed- affected our sleep. Needed to be dusted a little better (bed head board and cornices of room). Kids pool was closed during our stay. The pool area and general areas were clean and tidy. Service of food and drinks was good.

I was placed in a room when someone else was occupying it already - very creepy. I received stalking messages at my door. There was sand everywhere on the floor.

Staff was very efficient.

The amenities are exceptional

Amazing grounds, huge pool and right on a beautiful beach. The area is not too crowded even at peak travel period so you get a lovely stretch of beach all to yourself. There are also some lovely cafes across the road as well as a decent restaurant on site. The rooms are fairly dated and a bit basic. It was disappointing that there was at least not a towel change and rubbish removal provided during a 4 night stay. Understandable full room clean is difficult during peak summer travel period but fresh towels aren’t too much of an ask I don’t think.

A cockroach came out in my room. It was so gross and scary

Easy check in and out, great AC, staff were friendly

It was a good stay although the amenities weren’t the most up to date

The room was spacious, perfect view of the beach for our country kids to appreciate and the rooftop area was awesome. Check in and check out we’re both quick, easy and friendly! Would stay here again.
