Lovely stay as always. Staff welcoming, professional, and friendly, and keen to ensure our stay is enjoyable. Chef awesome and cooked our regular meals perfectly. Air con stopped working both nights. No air circulation on the 7th floor is...not fun. Dined in the restaurant one night and all I can say is that there are problems in there. Staff not checking on tables meant I waited for 40 mins after plate placed on the table to be able to order another drink. 2 floor staff. 3 tables occupied. Not ok. Food delivered had add-ones not listed on the menu. I will never eat at the restaurant again. I would stay at the hotel again. Fair price, decent location, good parking.

Nice hotel, convenient to train and shopping centre, some good food options close by. My only issue was that the hotel says they have a gym but they actually do not. Their staff are also confused about this. I called front desk in the morning and they said collect the pass (for gym in shopping centre) from them and when I went back later that evening they said they no longer have a relationship with the gym. Maybe update your websites.
