交通、日々の買い物に非常に便利な場所ですが、中に入ると静か。新しく、モダンで清掃も行き届いたホテルでした。

Friendly Staff and a great location, Shopping centre below and train station a cross the road but no noise. Clean, spacious well appointed rooms.

Hotel desperately needs to be renovated. Gym wasn’t available all the time and cleaning services were poor. Won’t be staying there again. Rydges across the road is much better for same price

A very good suburban Melbourne stay. The carpark being inside the shopping centre makes for 10/10 convenience. Easy access direct to the car.

Room was great. It was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very good also, so total experience was was very, very good. I would definitely stay there again. Only thing, it would have been great if the kitchen/restaurant was open prior to 7am (say 6am) so you could at least get a proper coffee or something to start the morning before heading out.

We had a mostly good stay — the room was comfortable, staff were very friendly, and location superb. The only serious issue was the baby cot: it came without a proper mattress or even a hard base - just hotel linen over the cot liner and metallic X-shaped base frame. This even contravened the cot’s warning to use only the mattress supplied by the manufacturer, and that incorrect use of mattress can cause death. When this also failed to prompt the hotel to supply the mattress, we had to request for many layers of thick blankets to be provided, to be used as a mattress for the cot. Though due to the X-shaped frame beneath, the sleeping surface remained uneven. We therefore had to constantly check on our baby’s breathing throughout the night to make sure she was still fine sleeping in the makeshift mattress. Although we were not charged for the cot, the safety risk should not be disregarded.

Excellent place to stay. Modern and clean. Good bar and working facilities. Easy access. Only "challenge" is the bathrooms have glass sliding doors that offer NO provacy so a bit awkward if your in a twin share with a friend. Toilet moise .. urgh!!
