Lovely stay as always. Staff welcoming, professional, and friendly, and keen to ensure our stay is enjoyable. Chef awesome and cooked our regular meals perfectly. Nice hotel, convenient to train and shopping centre, some good food options close by. My only issue was that the hotel says they have a gym but they actually do not. Their staff are also confused about this. I called front desk in the morning and they said collect the pass (for gym in shopping centre) from them and when I went back later that evening they said they no longer have a relationship with the gym. Maybe update your websites.

Beautiful venue, great spaces, lovely rooms. Staff were great. Lost one star because the towels were bizarre! It was like using the old white ones I keep at home as a back up…totally incongruous in such a new and stunning environment. Whoever does your laundry Sage Ringwood , they’re doing you a disservice.

Impressive hotel - interestiing architecture; excellent facilities; adjustable HVAC; clean room; helpful staff; and, good location in a major shopping centre. Need to improve customer focus - the room lacked crockery and a bench to store baggage; and, there was no information about restuarant timings or the availability of other facilities for customer use eg the gym or library.
