Beautiful, old-world hotel with old-world charm and glamour. Staff were lovely and accommodating, fantastic location and the bar/lounge with the fireplace is a great place to relax and imbibe.

Great location, close to cafes, shops, train station and hop on/off bus, which loops past all the attractions. Nice bar and lounge for a relaxing drink at the end of the day. Enjoyed our three night stay.

The ac did not keep the room cool, kind of warm though out the stay. It was difficult getting up and down the steps with my luggage, and I did use the lift. Staff, food, wine, and location were outstanding!
