Checked into the room and the room was almost unbearable due to the smell. Upon investigation we discovered it was the dishwasher No room change no refund or help. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The price of a double room was half the cost when I reserved it online, but at the counter, we were charged the full price. When I showed the online booking to the receptionist, she had no satisfactory response. $20 extra for parking space which we couldn’t use the car park and they haven’t refunded it.

Clean and fresh smelling rooms but staff are not that great. Was greeted with a funny attitude when I went down to the lobby to ask for a simple pen. The staff act like I am doing them a favour by staying at their hotel! However will continue to stay at The Kinson because rooms are beautiful and well priced.

Disappointed in the room Junior Suite Balcony; it was dark, no natural light, felt small and confide compared to the Studio Deluxe Balcony room which feels big and has windows and so much natural light, how can the junior suite balcony be more expensive but less appealing and nice then the studio deluxe?
