숙소는 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 주변에 스테이션이 있어서 시티로 나가기 편했습니다. 다만 주변에 woolworth 가 없었습니다

This was my first visit to Melbourne and i am very sure that i booked in an EXCELLENT hotel. If i have to resume all of my stay i would say that it was excellent. I recommend it a lot.

Staff excellent, room needs maintenance

Kinson Hotel is lovely, however be aware of Nationwide car parking that the hotel offers. It's not run by Kinson, however Nationwide double chared us and makes it extremely hard to get a refund. Not ideal customer service.

Clean, comfortable

The room was very clean and very spacious, the staff were very courteous and helpful. The tram is very close aand goes direct to the city with stops at the new rail tunnel stations.

Room was very large and clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. Had to ask for saucepans but was delivered without any problems. Good location to catch trams. Easy access to CBD

Nice clean property. Lots of food options nearby and the tram is just a couple of minutes walk away linking you to the city. Parking is connected and you can take the elevator up to your room. Staff is helpful. The 10am check out is a bit early compared to typical times but overall a good place to stay in Melbourne.

The room was large and well maintained, but the occupants next door were rowdy, constantly arguing, shouting, crying and fighting among themselves, and played loud music all night long. In frustration, my wife went down to complain to the front desk staff. They came up to the floor, stood outside and knocked on the door but didn't get any response. They said they couldn't enter the room, and left after 10 minutes, leaving the messy situation unresolved. Frustrated and unsatisfied guest... Sonthe Nguyen

Great location , excellent lifts /no waiting

Staff are always helpful and friendly. Rooms are good . Bed is somewhat comfy . Stayed here a few times now and will continue too.

The Junior Suite was smaller than the Deluxe Studio in terms of practical space and the bathroom was much better in the Deluxe Studio. We stayed in both as our flight was cancelled and the staff were very accommodating in finding a room for us instantly at a great price. The staff throughout the staff were great especially Arsalan who usually worked the night shift. Location is close to the CBD via any means of transport. The small room for improvement areas would be the air con in the rooms isn’t strong enough and takes way too long to be at a comfortable temperature and the pillows aren’t great. Overall we enjoyed staying at The Kinson and would recommend.

The check in was easy, but if you take your own car, finding a park to check in is tricky. Parking was easy and cheap. You have a tram stop right near the hotel, so really easy to get to St Kilda or the city. Is close to the the metro system, so will be easier to get around the city. Bed and pillows were so comfortable, lovely room.
