숙소는 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 주변에 스테이션이 있어서 시티로 나가기 편했습니다. 다만 주변에 woolworth 가 없었습니다

An excellent property!! We absolutely loved our stay! Clean, beautiful and spacious!! With safe surroundings, public transport and Ubers.

This was our second stay at this property l would have no hesitation staying again on our next visit to Melbourne, rooms and facilities are very modern a nice kitchen to prepare a meal and the hotel is located in a very good area of Melbourne with easy tram connections to the city and last a nice restaurant is downstairs with great pizza available.

Great location, tram at your door step, coffee shop on the corner perfect and above all great service

Please be aware that this hotel does not actually provide proper parking, despite advertising that it does. The parking system is a complete rip-off. They advertise daily parking for $20, but here’s the catch: 0–1 hour: $5 1–2 hours: $10 Full day: $20 However, if you leave and return, the charges start all over again as if it were a new entry. The hotel should either remove the “parking available” claim from their advertisement or clearly inform guests about this unreasonable system. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The staff were fantastic and couldn't be more helpful. We had a problem with our heating and they fixed the issue with a room move immediately.

The convenience, right next door to Vivi for dinner, Mr Percival for breakfast, parking, easy drive in off kings, tram on st Kilda rd, close to city and st Kilda, super quiet rooms, beautiful beds....best night sleep. Fresh air from balcony. Front desk service spot on. Perfect, will return

Another great stay at the Kinson. Unfortunately we had some noisy neighbours who woke us at 2am but not the fault of the hotel. Comfortable and clean but the rooms are starting to show signs of wear, especially in the plaster walls.

recently stayed at The Kinson and was overall satisfied with the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with essential amenities such as a comfortable bed, clean linens, air conditioning, and a functional bathroom. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The room was quiet and offered a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping maintained the space well throughout the stay. While not luxurious, the room offered good value for the price and was conveniently located near local attractions and transport. I would consider staying here again on a future visit.

Bed was comfortable

The hotel is very conveniently located near St Kilda trams to CBD.The rooms were modern ,clean and well maintained. Our room had a great outlook. An good Italian restaurant downstairs was a plus

The good - good size well-kitted out room with 2 queen beds, separated by the bathroom. Decent east facing view. I found the 15th floor room quiet. Not so good - 1. The beds were very soft. 2. I got sent a text to pay for the room when I'd paid already, which was a little stressful. 3. The bathroom had a smoked glass door and had a gap in it, so people outside could see into it and see it reflected in the mirror outside the door! 4. They told me they had bag storage after checkout, but on checkout I was told there was no room (never had this happen anywhere before, and my bag was small so they could've found a spot). Also just be realistic that you are a few minutes on the tram from the CBD, and a decent journey to the MCG or tennis centre. But if you want to be out a bit, handy for Albert Park, between the City and St Kilda, this is fine. Based on this experience, I will be looking at other options in future.
