Close to the city without the hassle of parking or inner city traffic.

Disappointed in the room Junior Suite Balcony; it was dark, no natural light, felt small and confide compared to the Studio Deluxe Balcony room which feels big and has windows and so much natural light, how can the junior suite balcony be more expensive but less appealing and nice then the studio deluxe?

Perfect spot to stay and close to public transport. Friendly staff and quiet clean rooms.

A very pleasant facility. Clean, newer. Nice, though the glass bathroom door didn 't actually close was odd. Staff were wonderfully helpful?

Always our go to for great value close to the city

I love everything during my stay at The Kinson, staff are friendly and helpful, the room was a surprise, it has a great view of St Kilda Rd, and I can see part of Albert Park and Philip Bay, which I didn’t expect. The room is clean and well maintained. The area is safe, and I feel comfortable walking on the streets at 10:30pm on Friday and Saturday nights.

Excellent location and Viva restaurant attached to hotel had incredible service.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff. Was handy for lakeside stadium…the purpose of our trip. But nothing in close proximity for eating or shopping. Tram stops close by though

This hotel is located in an excellent location, you have access to a variety of restaurants, shopping centers, and the Sidney Opera is within the walking distance. We stayed there for a week and I strongly recommend this hotel.

Clean room, comfy large beds. Lovely view from our room

The room was really nice. The only complaint was there was no airflow in the rooms. No air-conditioner that I could find making the space a little stuffy.

The hotel is about 2km South of the city, but easily reachable by the very frequent trams. Room was clean and in great condition. Quiet with very comfortable beds. Our room also had a well equipped small kitchen with everything you need, including a dishwasher. Front desk staff were friendly. Restaurant on the property offered excellent Italian food. We would definitely stay there again.
