Great hotel - exactly what I needed. The bed was insanely comfy and a good range of pillows. Location is good, easy to get to different places. My only concern was parking - if you need this, book in advance. I had not realised that was required and had to street park which turned out ok as I was there mostly over the weekend.

Although the staff was kind and courteous and helpful, the guest rooms in this hotel were painfully small, including tiny bathrooms, which made it hard for senior citizens to move around comfortably. Also our room clearly had not been painted recently, so this and other areas were in need of a new coat of paint. That said, it was reasonable for the price, but we would not be able to stay here again because of the space constraints. The staff was wonderful, in any case!

Staff were great but the rooms are very small and not conducive to a 5 night stay as no way of unpacking. Had to live out of a suitcase. Also breakfast was very uninspiring and almost identical every day. Had to make your own instant coffee or pay extra. Rooms not suited for anybody frail as the doors are so hrsbu

Close to Kings Park and right on the Purple Cat Line. The room and bathroom are small but for the cost it was fine. The only annoying thing was twice in one night someone set off the fire alarm with bathroom steam. Signs need to be more obvious of the risk of this happening and it also should be mentioned by person at front desk checking people in.

Whilst the lobby is very stylish and impressive on arrival sadly the rest of the building has clearly seen better days. Walls are scuffed and damaged and chunks missing everywhere. There were stains on our window blinds. Whilst the site makes clear that the rooms are small, they are absolutely tiny and really difficult to move around if they’re off two of you. TV largely unusable with most channels not working and taking ages to load anything. Upside is the very comfortable beds.
