Good clean and friendly staff, easy check in. Only a few minutes walk to Arts Centre. Breakfast very speedy and price OK .
We had 4 adults and arrived in 2 cars so had to pay $45 per car for the night.
Finding entry to car park needs better instructions.
Over all great place to stay even with the high parking cost.

It was terrible. The room was not what we booked and the WIFI was terrible and the TV was not working properly. One lift was out of order and we waited 20 minutes getting to our room or getting to reception. Will never go there again.

No blind for privacy in the living area, woke up and my partner went to raise the blind in the bedroom and the whole blind fell on her, it is an old building poorly renovated, lift service was terrible

This place was absolute pus! The online photos did a lot of heavy lifting! The small rooms (couldnt close bedroom door because it hit the end of the bed) no view and loud, continuous street noise were only worsened by the almost non-operational lifts, the leaking bathroom sink and the strange patronage of the hotel itself. The staff were lovely though and must have to put up with a lot. When i checked in another couple were complaining about a possible emergency and DV coming from their floor and another guy had a room without foxtel. (Turns out we had the same). The icing on the cake was the bent heroin spoon left in the cutlery drawer. Never staying here again! Read the reviews and dont be catfished by the photos!

Great location and very accommodating staff even though they had been booked out over the 2 days I stayed they got me into my room at 12noon instead of 2pm and was able to have late check out too.wauting for the lift was the only issue with the hotel and that was mainly due to one out of 3 broken down

All good, apartment is clean and modern. I like the built in soap and shampoo holder in the bathrooms but they were running out on the second day and we asked for them to refill but never did. Pool is too small, not like the picture. We parked our car there but cant use the key card to access the parking level via lift, so need to always go to the receptionist first to give us access. Its a hassle, especially when we checked out, we had to bring our luggage’s down stairs first.

We were at 15th floor but still traffic noise was quite heavy. One curtain was missing from the bedroom, so it was impossible to get it dark.

Unfortunately the conditioner bottle attached to the shower area wall was empty when we checked in so had to keep asking for small bottles of conditioner as Front desk said they were out of stock.
We were in the apartment for nine days and it was a package without cleaning or housekeeping so we had to keep asking for basic stuff like rubbish bags, extra toilet paper, dishwashing and laundry powder etc,
After 4-5 days, housekeeping came to replace the conditioner but they forgot to refill the body /hand soap and shampoo! So last few days had to keep asking for mini bottles of shampoo and liquid soap.
Staff were still friendly and helpful and it was my fourth time in 2 years staying in this apartement.

Stayed here initial for two days,but after a flight was cancelled we stayed back here again.
The hotel were so accommodating and let us leave our bags upon check out so we were able to explore Melbourne.
The rooms were clean and the the option to have a room with two bathrooms was good
Overall a great stay and will stay here again when we come back to Melbourne.
