Great hotel, i got the room with city view, tidy, well designed, of course the first day i did not have slippers and tooth kit but they took care of it on the 2nd day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is ALDI 5 minutes of walk works till 8pm only. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Vienna. Opera house 4 km away. Has a smoking yard in the 1st floor.

Let’s start with the pros: -The location was GREAT…it’s just a few minutes from the central station which allowed me to use the public transportation with ease. -The staff was phenomenal…they were always helpful and accommodating to what I needed Now let’s get into the cons: -One reason I choose Mooons was because they had a restaurant onsite which offered breakfast and dinner. Unfortunately, when I arrived I was told that the menu was vegetarian which was a HUGE disappointment. Had I known prior to booking, I most likely would have found a different hotel. I literally never ate dinner the entire time I was there and the breakfast options were extremely limited. -The room was ok, but could definitely use some adjustments. Lets start with the fact that there’s no phone in any of the rooms SO whenever I needed anything I had to go down to the reception area to request what I needed. -The tv had not one movie channel in English. For a week straight I was forced to watch only the news due to that being the only thing I understood. That issue was a huge problem for me particularly due to me becoming ill and not leaving my room for 2 days. I was miserable not being able to watch anything decent.

Loved everything about this hotel! The staff went above and beyond, the place was extremely clean, and the view was stunning. An excellent experience from start to finish.

Clean room, the staff was very helpfull and with a positive atitude. Good vegetarian breakfast but not so diverse; on demand you could get few slices of meat. Very nice location of the facility, good looking restaurant.

The check in staff was amazing and the bar staff definitely recommend staying here. It’s the perfect location to the train station is literally walking distance.

King size bed was 2 twins pushed together. Otherwise no complaints.

When someone is checking in, the space in the lobby becomes extremely limited: a bottleneck forms all the way to the entrance door, leaving virtually no room available, not even to sit down. The rooms are small but clean, new, and well organized. Overall, the hotel feels designed mainly for the summer season, as the common areas advertised—such as the garden and the rooftop—are not available in winter, and when the hotel is full, the remaining shared spaces are very limited.

Very conveniently located, rooms are small but very well done. We would definitely come back.
