A really enjoyable stay. I checked in on my Birthday and the hotel were kind enough to leave me a ‘Happy Birthday’ message with a small pot of chocolates in my room. The room itself was large enough with a great view from the window. The soundproofing was very good for the walls and the window (the hotel is located on a main road), and the blackout curtain also worked effectively Staff were very attentive and kind. The location was great, being close to the main train station and right next to the U-Bahn station The rooftop bar has some great views of the city. The hotel also offer a service where if you don’t want/need your room cleaning every day of your stay, you can exchange it for a free drink token to use in the ground floor bar Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend staying here

The hotel has a convenient location, close to Vienna's train station, allowing easy access to public transport anywere in the city. I found friendly and profesional staff and interesting balance with the hotel's digital tools. Interesting experience.

Everything about Mooons is amazing. The reception we received was very positive and helpful. Our room was more than we expected-cozy with all the amenities we needed. We loved the location too! Close to train, metro, stores and restaurants. We will be back.

Expensive for such a basic hotel. If you want to leave the bags after checking out, you have to pay. Rooms small, duvet basic, bed not that well made. Quite disappointing.

The shower floor was very slippery and there are no shower wall bars to hold when you slip. Very dangerous. They need non slip floor ot strips and wall bars. TV did not work in the room.

Comfortable bed and pillow, small bathroom but worked well. Overhead shower and front handheld shower dispenser. Small refrigerator. Circular window where you can sit and read a book. Great location to get anywhere, the the hop-on hop off bus is 5-minute walk as is the main train station. A minute walk to Main downtown shopping area. We did not use the bar or eat, also did not use the gym. We got there a little early but the lady was able to get us into our room which was extremely helpful. They also have a large drop off bag area in case your room is not available or you need to leave your bag after checkout. Plenty of places to eat and shop inside the main train terminal. Good food + supermarket.

This property was beautiful and unique! Very clean and lovely decor. Close to the tram that took us to city centre (even though you can walk) and right across the street from the train station. The staff were amazing and very friendly! The roof top bar was absolutely beautiful with great views! Staff up there were so friendly! Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel has a great location (1 block from the train station). Our room had a lovely view, and it was very clean and modern. Bed super comfortable, great shower. The check in procees was fast and easy, and we loved that the hotel has a rooftop with great views and drinks. We did not have breakfast there, but we went to the restaurant one night to have a late pizza with beer at 11 pm. I recommend it 100%

Staff was lovely and breakfast was good. I was very unpleasantly surprised that they are using some external company to store your luggage for which you have to pay. And the options adore absurd! You pay about 6 euros for one large suitcase for 3h. And then the next option is 6h…Instead of using that room to keep the guest’s suitcases safe, they decided to make money off of it.
