The property was located steps from the Belvedere Palace and across the street from a train station. Lots of restaurants in the area within walking distance and several lovely cafes. The property was impeccably maintained and stocked very well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great clean hotel conveniently located

We came for a long weekend stay with a city view. Upon arrival we were told that we could sacrifice daily cleaning for a drink token for each night of our stay. This also allowed for us to request fresh towels or any replacement amenities without issue. We took this offer and took use of the bar for a nightcap when returning from our days out. The location is excellent, being a couple of minutes away from the central train station while also being walking distance from some of the main touristic areas of Vienna, including St Stephen’s Cathedral. Fantastic location across the street from the Hauptbahnhof. In room coffee was meh, but staff were great and the room was comfy.

Enjoyed my stay here. Easily accessible to public transport and 2 stops from karlspkatz (opera house). Room was clean, enjoyed the rooftop bar and restaurant. Breakfast was good. Staff very professional. Recommend.

Lots of good restaurants nearby, and close proximity to the train station. Really easy to get into the core of Vienna or anywhere else. The only thing that could be improved is a better restaurant menu, as the selection was quite limited.

The room is clean and comfortable. Location is convenient with multiple public transportation options nearby.

Vienna is a BIG city so it was lovely to return to our gorgeous room after walking, and walking , and walking!

Good location

My wife and I spent a week at Mooons exploring the city staying in a Quartier Belvedere room. The hotel is quite new and is in excellent condition, our room was small but well designed - we found the space worked well - particularly the compact bathroom which had an excellent shower, and the wardrobe unit also provided a good amount of storage space. The view from the room across the adjacent buildings’ rooftops was interesting and pleasant - despite this class of room being the cheapest because of its outlook. The only thing we disliked about the room was the two mugs provided for making tea and coffee - which did not have handles - we found these got exceptionally hot when water from the kettle was poured into them and to make things worse they were slippery and difficult to hold without a handle - particularly when so hot. We found all the staff we encountered at the hotel were polite and helpful, and spoke excellent English. The buffet breakfast provided for a charge by the hotel is quite restricted, but adequate - although vegetarian only.The hotel’s location is excellent being a few minutes walk from the main Wein Hauptbahnhof railway station with full access to the underground and tram systems for travel around the city. Overall, we felt this was an excellent mid range hotel to use as a base for exploring the city.

The ONLY thing I would love is more consideration for two guests. It would work perfectly as one guest; for two, we needed one more area to hang clothes or set our bags. Otherwise, who cares? We used the floor!

The modern, sizable room, shower and location were fantastic. Roof top has great views of the city and was staffed with friendly bartenders. The check-in process needs a lot of work. Even though I checked in online as requested (several times actually, bc I never got a clean confirmation) I still had to wait in line to get access to my key. The lobby gets so crowded that it's hard to navigate. The online system does NOT seem to be in synch with the systems at the small, unmanned check-in counters. Staff hides behind glass windows so that interaction guests is difficult.
