飯店位於維也納中央車站走路不到十分鐘英，附近交通方便，超商也很近，用餐也方便，還有美景宮跟花園都是步行可到的景點；早餐也還不錯，附有健身房和頂樓吧台！非常不錯！

The location is perfect, very convenient for public transportation and all kinds of shopping malls and restaurants nearby. The staff is very kind and helpful. We met small unexpected problem and they showed very professional attitude and fixed it by the most reasonable way. And the room with city view can catch amazing sunset scenes.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the hotel is in a very convenient location close to everything I needed. I tried the breakfast for one morning, it was nice but a bit expensive. However, I did notice some issues with cleanliness. There were visible stains on the bedsheets, and one time I found hair on the towels. Also, even after I had run out of toothpaste, it was not replaced during housekeeping. With better cleanliness and housekeeping, the stay would be much more enjoyable.

I am very disappointed with my stay at Mooons and want to bring several serious issues to your attention. First, communication was a major problem. Apart from the front desk, almost no staff could speak English, making it very difficult to get any help. Second, my room was not cleaned, and drinking water was not replaced. This is basic service, and it is unacceptable for a hotel to ignore it. The bathroom was even worse. When I flushed the toilet, water splashed onto my legs—this is disgusting and unsanitary. Also, there were no power outlets in the bathroom, so I couldn’t use a hairdryer in front of the mirror. How is this even possible in a modern hotel? The overall design of the hotel makes no sense and feels poorly planned. Staying here was frustrating and uncomfortable.

The room is neat and tidy. The location is very convenient and there are post office and supermarket nearby and the train station is within walkable distance. The service was good and the breakfast was very crowded.

如果是搭乘nightjet夜舖火車到維也納的，Mooons飯店就在Wien HBF正對面，走路大約3-5分鐘。從這裡搭OBB到VIE機場也超方便。 飯店地理位置達成U線到老城區約5-8分鐘。

Location is just opposite to the main train station. If you travel by train, it’s easy walking distance with large luggage.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean with sound proof rooms. We stayed at a room on the top floor with beautiful views. Like it so much!

Food and bar are excellent.

Staff were very helpful, the location was great. Could improve on cleanliness of the rooms, there were stains on the carpets and walls.

No house keeping

I decided to book this hotel instead of an apartment (which usually has much more charm) for two reasons: the rooftop bar with a skyline view and the included luggage storage. In the end, the bar was closed, so you couldn’t enjoy a drink or the view. It is only open from May to September (or October), and this was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process. The luggage storage also turned out not to be included (despite what Expedia promised), and instead, you had to pay by the hour. Overall, this is simply unacceptable, petty, and does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. And yes, the breakfast is vegetarian - you only get a few pieces of cold cuts if you specifically ask for them.

Good hotel. Nice staff. Due to a lot of black interior you can see dust and watermarks everywhere.
