The hotel is very modern and clean. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Upper rooms come with a great view. The hotel location was perfect for us. A nice walk to the city center or short taxi ride. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely return.

Only stayed one night at the end of our trip because it’s located so conveniently to the train station, but would definitely return. The rooms were very nice, spacious, very comfortable beds, and very aesthetically decorated.

Beware- after many times in Vienna this is by far the worst place we’ve stayed. While the building is cool, it’s not located in the best area, across from the train station. The hotel gave the feeling of a discounted cruise line. The breakfast was subpar and vegetarian. 32 euro for breakfast was a joke. The staff was just straight up rude. We were given a room on the first floor, just above the reception. The elevator would not stop on our floor so we were told to take the stairs through the back of the house, kicking through towels just to make it up to our floor. We were interrupted twice during breakfast accused of not paying. We were followed outside of the building after we checked out online and leaving our keys at the desk, accused of not checking out. Everything about this hotel experience was aweful. Thankfully, we know Vienna a bit better and know this hotel is not a reflection of what the wonderful city has to offer.

We loved our stay here. The room was fantastic, spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfy. The location was ideal and we walked everywhere but the train station was just across the road. The staff were helpful and very polite. We would definitely stay here again!
