The hotel was in a fabulous location and we walked to so many places. It was lovely and clean with wonderful employees. Our only issue was that the woman at the cafe said our breakfast was included with our stay and then the hotel charged us for it. Could have been a language issue. The breakfast was huge and delicious in any case. We were really pleased with our stay.

The location is excellent - steps from the Grand Place. It can get busy and a little loud, but my room wasn't facing the street so we didn't have any problems. The staff was helpful and the room was spacious - we had a double room and there were bathrooms in both floors. The breakfast is provided by a cafe bar at the lobby and the selections are limited, but the food was fresh. I recommend this hotel!

Five stars all around for this hotel! Couldn’t ask for a better location in the heart of Brussels! Palace, Shopping, and restaurants were all walking distance! Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant offers breakfast and lunch plus coffee. We would go back!!

Great location, close to shops and Grand Place as well as a beautiful semi enclosed mall which includes a historic cinema which screens indie films. The staff were very helpful in providing useful information about the surrounding area.
