The worst and terrible experience. Hotel was in construction for my 4 days staying with noise and dust. No air conditioning, no refrigirater, no daily cleaning service at all. Booked taxi to the airport, but never came. Had to wait more than 40 min, finally took a train myself. Terrible~ The only thing good about this hotel is location. Never ever try this hotel.

It was very close to Grand Place. Walkable to shopping area and restaurants. Close to Central Station. Even after 3 days of vacating the room the hotel didn't return my damage deposit. I am not sure if they will ever.

Hôtel très bien situé, proche du centre-ville. Quelques rénovations sont en cours. Un peu bruyant sur l’extérieur car les fenêtres ferment mal. Sinon tout est très bien et le coffee bar de l’entrée un plus. Parking Grand Place à 100 m. 28€ par jour.

Nice location in the heart of touristy area in Brussels. All landmarks in walkable distance.

Hotel in the centre near the train station. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great location, really nice facilities, clean. Just initially tricky to find as you must go through Lloyd, the coffee shop, in order to check in/enter the hotel.

Great location, 5 minutes from Central train station and a minute from Grand Place. Room was clean and quiet.

Ewa at reception wayched all her guests to ensure they had no issued. Really went out of her way.

Perfect location for the centre of Brussels, so many bars and restaurants you’re spoilt for choice. And obviously loads of chocolate shops!!! Our hotel was very good other than a slight niggle with the television unable to pick up any of the free view channels, and don’t stay there if you want to sleep late as construction workers seem to start at 7 am otherwise we had a lovely stay.

“VIP 2 free beverages” was 2 330ml bottles of water???? These are usually free in a hotel bedroom anyway - any time I have received free drinks it has been our choice. That was embarrassing from the hotel. The photos listed of the breakfast are not what you actually get - false advertising - it is photos from the cafe attached. You only get to pick one thing from the breakfast menu and the remainder of the breakfast is absolutely shocking - 2 cereal, some meat, some cheese, 2 pastries and bread. The food wasn’t topped up when it was running low even though breakfast was on for another 3 hours. The coffee machine didn’t work. The hotel itself is in a good location but wouldn’t pay £2 for the breakfast selection - better off eating out
