Caye Casa

Shane and the Caye Casa family was amazing. This was a solo trip to celebrate getting my masters and Mother’s Day. From booking until check out everything was flawless. Here’s the cliff notes of a wonderful stay. First the email before arrival please read it and follow it it made getting through the airport and to the hotel a breeze. Second I arrived early room was ready with AC blasting a just welcome cool to the heat of the island and a complimentary drink. Third front the booking email I asked a golf cart to be delivered to the hotel thought with my early arrival I’d have to wait but not Shane got the cart delivered early and I was off to explore. Room was very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. I had a beachfront room and sitting out of the veranda or in the sitting area with the doors open having my breakfast was heavenly. Thank you again for making me feel at home. I can’t wait to return

The place is right in front the beach , very convenient as there is all kinds of restaurants to pick from on the same street, on the street behind . They will arrange and make accommodations for booking reservation, booking transportation, renting bikes and charts. It was very safe , I honestly had to issues and would recommend..I would definitely stay there Again .

Shane and Jake were absolutely fantastic in assisting with any questions and recommendations, they really went the extra mile in booking (or changing) last minute dinner reservations, fresh towels, and just helpful and friendly. While this is an ocean view property, just a note that it's not completely beach front in that you can walk out on the beach for use. There are 4 chairs on the property for guest use, but they are across the little road from the actual beach. The property was exactly as described, and the unit was clean and perfect for our family of 4. My only really unexpected was that there was a lot more foot traffic than expected as I didn't know there was a little road directly in front of the hotel, I knew we were staying in the island city center, but there were always a steady of people walking by at all times of day. If you are looking for a calm view of the beach that was a little bit unexpected. We felt completely safe just know it's a popular area sitting directly across from a popular restaurant/bar, if you enjoy live music you can hear it from the balcony. There are many streets vendors for some island food and snorkeling/dive shops directly outside of the hotel. I felt renting a golf cart for this area was mandatory to get around.

A bit loud with Wayos across the street, but would totally stay here again! Host was very helpful pointing us around town. Do it!

The room had everything we needed: comfortable bed, microwave, coffee & brewer, mini fridge, safe. There were Adirondack chairs in the shade outside the room facing the ocean, as well as louge chairs in the front yard. Small plunge pool. Chairs out on the dock. The staff were great. Arranged a golf cart for us for a fun day at Secret Beach, taxi service to the airport, dining recommendations. They even did our laundry for free. Would highly recommend for a laid back island experience.

Room was comfortable and Jake was a great host. Only reservation is the European style shower makes it difficult to keep floor dry.

Beautiful property and AMAZING owner and staff.

Staff was kind, helpful and friendly. I loved staying ON THE BEACH. Even when it rained (and it rained alot) I could see the ocean from my hammock on my porch. There were GREAT fish tacos two mins away. I traveled alone and felt safe. I would def stay here again in a room FACING the ocean.

This property was all around wonderful! I would highly recommend staying here and if I’m ever back in Belize, this is where I will stay.

Super helpful staff, arranged anything we needed from golf carts to more blankets for the room. The hotel itself is a literal 15 second walk into the ocean and surrounded by all the sights and sounds of downtown san pedro. Will DEFINITELY be coming back as soon as we can!!!

Clean and convenient access to the beach area in San Pedro. Nightlife and restaurants within walking distance. Welcoming and helpful staff. I would go back.

The staff was excellent at Caye Casa, very helpful and willing to go out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Would even call other hotels for activities we wanted to do and sign us up. Rooms very clean and comfortable in a great location.

This place was excellent vacation resort. The staff was over the top and helpful in every aspect. The taxi service they recommend was excellent along with Tusammi golf carts. Martha, Cindy and Shein were the staff and did everything to make our stay perfect. We will be back for sure !!!!!!

Very nice and large room. Balcony was excellent to view the beach. Quick response times. Exceeded my expectations
