Gostamos do Ibis pois sempre sabemos o que vamos encontrar. Serviço atencioso, limpeza e comodidade com preço justo e sem excessos que não damos muita importância e por isso não queremos pagar. Foi a primeira vez que percebi o serviço de bar 24 horas, cardápio enxutíssimo mas suficiente para nos deixar satisfeitos principalmente porque fizemos o check in as 03:00.

Place is ok, main issue is to stay for 3 full days without internet! I had meetings to attend and was required to find a cafe nearby with internet. The explaination was some throubleshootings during these days and internet should return to normal, that didnt happen during the stay. Another explaination that the internet was unstable and should return soon. Anyway, I would refrain to stay again if requires internet access.

Arrived at 4am after a quasi RedEye flight. Place was nice and simple. Somewhat dusty rooms but did the trick. Staff was nice and allowed us a late check-out due to the time we arrived at. Evening staff wasn't as nice as morning staff tho. But overall very positive!

Quarto muito barulhento. Fica a menos de 3m de uma rodovia super movimentada. Equipe da recepção poderia pelo menos ter nos acomodado do outro lado do corredor; um pouco menos barulhento. Limpeza geral do quarto e banheiro precários; paredes sujas. Cortinas rasgadas.

O café da manhã oferecido foi, sem exagero, o pior que já experimentei na região Nordeste. Às 9h30 — portanto ainda dentro do horário de funcionamento — não havia mais suco, ovos nem pão de queijo. O pão disponível estava duro, havia pouca variedade de frutas e, sobretudo, não existia reposição adequada dos itens. O principal problema não é apenas a qualidade, mas a falta de organização e de reposição. Se o café da manhã é anunciado até as 10h, é obrigação do estabelecimento garantir que todos os hóspedes sejam devidamente atendidos até esse horário, e não apenas os que chegam mais cedo. Solicito providências para correção dessa falha, a fim de evitar que outros hóspedes passem pela mesma experiência frustrante, incompatível com o padrão esperado do hotel.
