O café da manhã muito bom, o quarto tinha mofo no banheiro. o lugar em si é bom. mas poderia ser muito mais limpo, isso deixa a desejar. A gente ia tomar banho via a gordura no box do banheiro no chão, mofos na parede do banheiro. que tu passava um papel molhado saia, falta de limpeza. LIMPEZA ZERO, fora isso é bom. Só deixa a desejar na limpeza. As xícaras do café da manhã suja também.

Quarto é bom mas acústica do quarto é muito ruim. O Café da manhã fraco falta espaço e mesas para hospedes. Temos que dividir mesa. Hotel não empresta nem uma taça de vinho. Funcionário na recepção deveriam ser uniformizados. A localização é boa.

Todo o serviço é muito bom. A localização é bastante estratégica, sendo próximo a todo tipo de serviço. Se há algo para reavaliarem, é a falta de isolamento acústico, quanto aos ruídos externos. Mas isso não desabona o hotel.

atendimento muito precario, quando fiz a reserva tinha estacionamento disponivel, depois de feito a reserva informaram que nas entrelinhas de forma escondida informava que tinha um custo de estacionamento e que possivelmente nao teria vaga. Importante colocar todas as informações na primira pagina. O hotel nao tem uma custica boa dava para ouvir o movimento da rua. Pedi para mudar o meu apartamento por conta disso ma nao fui atendido, resultado uma noite pessima de sono. O ar condicionado estava bem barulhento o que incomodava bastante. Pra completar como precisava de nota fiscal simplesmente se recusaram a emitir a mesma no checout informando que enviariam posteriormente( tambem nao informado no cheking). resultado a nota fiscal veio com os dados incorretos e curiosamente nao queriam emitir uma nova com os dados corretos. resultado apra mim uma estadia decepcionante pelo atendimento prestado, pela falta de informaçoe, barulhos e pior a rede nao tem um canal de atendimento adequado porque nao tinha como reclamar do hotel.

Hotel bom, condizente com a rede. Quarto confortável, banheiro e chuveiros ótimos, café da manhã muito bom, estacionamento dentro. O ponto negativo é que para acessar o hotel para check-in precisa parar na rua, em dia de chuva, vai se molhar.
