All the staff spoke English which is a bonus for brasil

The staff was friendly. The room was big and the city view was amazing. They served great food. The heated swimming pool was appreciated. All in all we had a great experience and we highly recommend this hotel

Great location. Definitely a good pick for before or after a cruise. The only reason I did not give it 5⭐️ is that they have no concierge so not much in terms of getting advice on what is going on in the area. Not everything that is happening is easy to find online. A concierge service would have been super helpful.

Asked for my room to be cleaned after two days. I usually try to safe the planet by only having my to cleaned every other two-three days after arrival. Had to talk to five people

The staff was very friendly and spoke English. Raul at the front desk especially. Also, the restaurant in the Hotel is excellent. The Cod was delicious. I would not hesitate to return to the Sheraton and the restaurant.

Great top notch full service hotel with a great indoor heated pool, perfect for families. My only complaint is that I paid full price for a deluxe room with a king bed. However, the loaded refrigerator was broken. Therefore, all we had were warm beverages. I would expect that I hotel at this level would verify that everything is working BEFORE renting the room. We reported the problem and no type of refund was offered and no one was available to fix the problem until at least the following day. However, we were already gone by then.

Hotel sensacional e o serviço é incrível em todos os lugares.
Usamos o Spa e a piscina e a academia. Praticamente nem saímos do hotel nos 5 dias que estivemos lá. A localização é incrível com o supermercado e o shopping exatamente em frente ao hotel e isso facilita muito.
O café da manhã tem várias opções e é muito gostoso.
Enfim, sempre que voltamos pro Brasil acabamos nos hospedando aqui e sempre o melhor custo benefício .
